Totally agree with Thompson Playa del Carmen. They upgraded us because of Globalist. We got a great room looking from our outdoor tub over all the activity below. Free bikes to take for a ride to the other Thompson property. Loved it!
I loved visiting Savannah and I think you’d enjoy it too. I didn’t stay at a Hyatt property though. I went in February when it was cool. Don’t go in the summer months when it’s brutally hot and humid.
I didnt use a cert but recently stayed at the SCHLOSS Roxburghe in Scotland. Was a great time for a Cat 1-4 and felt very independent. Breakfast (which is probably the best hotel breakfast I've ever had) was totally free for all guests! Its a bit secluded but very beautiful property, especially for golfers.
I used mine at the Hyatt House Shibuya. $500 a night because.... well, Tokyo. So as a free night it was pretty clutch. Also had a washer/dryer in the room and at that point in my trip it was MUCH needed.
I also stayed 3 nights at the Hyatt Regency Shinjuku. It was nice. Great view but the lounge was closed. I preferred the Hyatt House Shibuya because it was a newer property. The staff at the Regency was excellent, though. No complaints.
The Hyatt House in Shibuya has been going for outrageous prices every time I look at it. I'm glad to hear you like the property. The last time I looked, there wasn't any availability for many different dates 🤨 Seems pretty popular
Paris is already booked for my dates next summer!!! I’m really starting to devalue Hyatt with their ending of the SLH partnership… so many more options were available for international travel that you can no longer book.
The loss of SLH and the "gain" of Mr. & Mrs. Smith was a big devaluation for Hyatt. I still enjoy their hotels, but I've been looking at staying at Hilton properties more and more.
Yeah the category 4 I miss is the Thompson Madrid and also the Manchester Grand Hyatt in San Diego. But you can still find way more value than $95 for the FNC. especially as globalist!
The Thompson Madrid was so nice. As soon as I stayed there, I knew, this is way too low a category. I'll probably stay there again, even at the higher category. I love that property
@@jpknowledge8852 Well, it's a Regency in the U.S. so probably nothing to write home about. However, it definitely has great views and well worth a Category 1-4 free night award.
Location is key!! If you are going for the game, it makes the most sense to make it easy on yourself and stay at the property that gives you the easiest access to the stadium 🏟 ⚽️
The Thompson in playa del carmen is a great location if your looking to party with local women, bars, clubs etc but the actual hotel had no a/c when i stayed there which was a bummer. Drinks are watered down to
Dang dude. You keep dropping this level of insight and you’re gonna have to rename the channel. Way beyond knowledge. JP Wisdom? JP Hovering Mystic Guru?
I have stayed at the Andaz in Savannah Georgia and it’s really nice.
I'm glad to hear. Every Andaz I've been to has been a pretty nice property.

That hotel is awesome! I may go back again next year.

I was thinking spring. I've heard that the humidity is no joke around there.

Awesome! Scotland is on my list of places to visit. I'm going to have to look into that property. Thanks for the recommendation

I like the Hyatt Regency in Jersey City that has great views of NYC right across the Hudson.
Cool. I've seen photos of that place but never stayed there. I'll have to check it out the next time I visit New Jersey.

I stayed 2 days at the Hyatt Regency that is very close from Real Madrid Stadium which was amazing overall and the one in Düsseldorf, Germany

When you go to Savannah make sure you eat at "The Grey." Absolutely fantastic food and service.
Writing that down now ✍️ I appreciate the recommendation.

I wondered if the drinks were watered down 🤔 I never got a hangover, and I always just thought it was because it was good tequila 😂😅
@@jpknowledge8852 lol with the amount i spent on drinks i should’ve been obliterated but i woke up feeling energized 😂
I'm looking at booking the Thomson Washington DC.
I just stayed there last week. It’s a nice property in a great neighborhood.
I haven't stayed at that property, but all the Thompson hotels I've stayed at have been great experiences.
@jpknowledge8852 that's good to know. I got feedback from others that it's a good stay.
Dang dude. You keep dropping this level of insight and you’re gonna have to rename the channel. Way beyond knowledge. JP Wisdom? JP Hovering Mystic Guru?
😂 Thanks!
Hey JP, great review. Let me know when you’re in the City of Atlanta area, we can meet for lunch.
That would be great! I'm not sure when I'll be out there, but I'll send you a message before I go. You'll have to show me the best chicken spot 😋
No problem! You got it!
👍🏼👍🏼
Thanks for watching!

I'll look into it, but I rarely stay at Marriotts. Stan the Credit Frog has excellent Marriott content
