It's possible the killer notified her brother after killing the girl to assist in disposing of the body. That alone makes him an accomplice.He should never have been acquitted and discharged.
That's exactly what happened, the brother never knew of the plan until her sister killed the girl, he now went and helped the sister dispose the body, and mind you, the brother have already spend 2 years in prison so to this case. So the judge feel that he has paid his debt.
Her brother is an accomplice to a first degree murder and he should be punished. It's quite obvious a deal was reached, which is legal, but to be discharged and acquitted is absurd!
I look at things from multiple angles, where the brother is concern, maybe he had no clue what his sister was planning, maybe all he did was picked her up and dropped her off, thinking his sister hired her for a makeup job. Not all siblings are in cohoots with each others evil plans. Then there is the angle where her brother would do anything for her even if it meant being and accomplice. However no one knows for certain what his role was and if he even knew what eveil his sister was planning. Just my thoughts.

Somehow I think dealing with the thought of someone you love having gone through that in their last moments, is worse than the loss of a loved one itself. I’ve lost close friends, family, my parents, but nothing compares to losing your significant other. That’s a different kind of love. (Granted we never had children, so I can’t speak on that. We were only married 7 years)
It doesn't matter where he goes, Karmic retribution will serve his plate cold. The family will suffer for agreeing with the actions of Chiamaka or even trying to protect her from justice. The blood of the innocent cries for justice daily.
This lady wouldn't have been able to kill her fellow woman all alone and I am sure the brother is involved and should have at list gotten 10 to 20 years sentence. the family of the dead should appeal this case and ensure the brother is included in the charges or call for review of the judgment held by this court.
