When I purchased the mat, it came with some additional peel off and stick pieces. I assume it’s to put on the suction cups. Wasn’t sure if that made the mat permanently. Stuck to the tub Not sure exactly why and how to use those. Customer service representative was impossible to deal any suggestions.?
I have to spas on my deck...So i bought 2...first time we used it the mat floated to the top and hasn't stayed in place since..motor kicks off every 15 mins....kinda sucks when your product fails at 2 in the morning... Huge fail..
Hello, I'm going through videos on this product to see if this might be something useful for myself. Doing labor at home projects takes a toll on me. I've added additional shower jets to my walls in the shower, however they don't seem to be powerful enough to provide pressure to my muscles. In your opinion, would you recommend this product as a relaxation experience or an actual massage?
Yes love mine. I do sit the motor outside the bathroom door, but I also have AirPods in with noise, cancellation or some music so it wouldn’t bother me
Glad i didnt get this, seen some vids offer a relaxing experience in near silence... that thing sounds like a jet engine!... no way i'd rekax with that racket going on.. lol
Possibly put it outside your bathroom door plus I use AirPods with ambient noise reduction or just listen to music with my pods. It really is relaxing.
This format hurts my eyes. The video itself is shot in landscape, then made into a portrasit mode for phones, and THEN uploaded to youtube, so that the video is a fraction of the size and the majority of the screen is nothing. Great video, good ifo. but hard to wath and get the visual info to go along with your narration.
This is the worst portable spa ever. The mat will not stay stuck to the tub it floats up all around you sticking to your body and it blows cold air... and used it 2 times and the motor stopped working.
I guess it depends on what your bath tub is made of, it sticks to mine fine, it doesn't come up. The jets do feel like cool air because it's just a pump pushing air through the holes, there's no heater. I've had mine for 3 years.
BAD PRODUCT! BEWARE. Suctions don't work well. Mat material is not robust; seems likely that the suctions will eventually tear away. Noisy apparatus. Shoots cold air; you feel the coldness even within a tub of warm water. Cools down the hot water quickly. Stupidly designed remote has to be pointed directly at the pump, which of course you cannot do while inside the tub! Means you have to get out to use the control in most orientations within a bathroom. Duh. Also, company is very very bad about accepting any returns for any reason
