Steve Head is the person we talked to and he knows every single nut and bolt. We went into details what no other journalist what be able to find out.
This is a non-commercial video only for pure pleasure. We enjoyed it. Many thanks
Wow what a work of art!
Best drivable car on earth
I could just stare at this for hours…
Hi @CX0909, I am totally with you. It is breathtaking.
Amazing! It's a new generation E-type! Thumb up!
Yes, you are right, and as Steve explains, it is the best of two worlds.
Thanks for subscribing and sharing.
Nice video. We are spoilt to have inspiring restoration projects from Alfaholics, Eagle, Frontline, Kimera, Maturo, MST, Tuthill...
The good news is that there are still other classics (and moderns) to sort out.
Hi, and many thanks,
good that there are still people out there loving mechanical work and appreciating the challenge of continues improvement while maintaining the spirit.
Amazing! Thank you for making this film!
Thank you,
we also enjoyed this day. Most impressing. Thank you for watching and sharing.
Maikel
Stunning.
Thank you for watching Peter,
please subscribe and share.
Great video. No wide angle head? I wonder if the standard head is better for street? The standard head is not set up for 4.2 bore spacing - it's really quite awful - requires extensive porting and reworking to make it work properly.
A1 great stuff
Thank you Carl,
this time not an old one but this one I would swap my unrestored flat floor for. Even if it hurts.
Great video Maikel, so glad you enjoyed your tour and the cars. 👍
Steve,
many thanks for the thumbs up. As I said in the video, it was one of the most existing days in our life. Good job we recorded it. Hope to see you and your squad next weekend.
Hi Maikel . What a privilege ! And what a price ! But if money is no object , why not ! I can think of lots of worse ways to spend your money , although l have my doubts that values would rise . Thank Maikel .
John, many thanks for your comment.
You have not seen the car in real, but I have seen the workshop and the parts which are used to build such an outstanding car. So far only 6 do exist. It is 6 years waiting time.
You need to see the upcoming video.
@@JaguarEType Don't worry.....l will ! 😁
@@JaguarETypewow. That top gear feature was so many years ago and they’ve only made 6? 🤦
@Shinn27 when we did this video, they had order for car #21 which had 6 years waiting time. No idea how many they have made and how many are ordered now.
I wonder if Jay Leno has his name down for a Eagle E Type. Great video by the way, that's as close as I'm likely to get to one, Dream on. Thankyou Maikel.
Hi Paul,
thank for watching. I would not be surprised if JL did order one. Nut I do not know, he would then have 1 out of 18 cars. I am in love with it since the first moment I have seen it. Thanks for subscribing and sharing.
@@JaguarEType Hello, you mentioned in one of your videos about finding Champion spark plug caps, now almost impossible. You could and should be able to have them reproduced with 3D printing. Your English diction is excellent by the way. 🙂
All other car manufacturers need to take note. I've been saying this for years. Use classic chassis with modern engines and interiors.
Car porn, pure and simple - not that there's anything wrong with that. ;)
@pauldavis872 Paul, it is one of my favorite cars out there. Everything is done to perfection. And how of them are out there? I think 7 or 8 examples only so far.
Stay tuned.
Want!
Me too !!!! 😃
I would like to know what
Donald Swan saw in motors & not uu bruv uu!(?)(?)
All the money in the world and y'all can't get your sound right 😂
What is wrong with it? I am loving it. What would be a better sound?
@@JaguarEType Was kinda hard to understand parts of the conversation, I think because of the echo in that room.
You're not a sound engineer...oh well. I'M not complaining. What a car!!! Would love to see more about the operation!
Or a linc to Eagle GT would be great.
Instead of being a dick about it, why not offer your expertise??? That's what I thought...
