Gramma here...bought the stubby .357 when it came out...love...love...love. Carry it, sleep with it. Years later thought I needed a pistol to carry while in the woods. Was looking at a Vaquero...too heavy. Found that the 4.2" .357 had just come out. Did not even hesitate...bought one and found it fit my western holster perfectly. Once again...love, love,...love. Fitted both with lighter trigger springs...smooth as silk. The beauty of this SP101 is that it fits comfortably almost any hand - big or little. Easy to hold on target and big enough to make a believer out of anyone looking down the barrel! PS..the stubby saved me, mom and dad from a double break and enter. Long haired, tall skinny guy that hid in the house (got rid of guy #1 and boy, did he run! but he never saw the gun) had a hold of my feet in my bed. While I was kicking the bejesus out of him, the stubby, firmly in my gun hand inched out of the covers. I rolled a bit. He saw the stainless hammer glint in the light from the street light after I warned him. His last words were, 'You ain't got no gun..." then he saw the hammer. He dropped me like a hot potato and like a pin ball ricocheted out of Moms house with me hot on his tail. Love...love...love...me any SP101!
Very nice revolver. I have the GP-100 with the 4.2-inch barrel and it's my favorite handgun to shoot. The double action trigger has smoothed out considerably over time. I also have the SP-101, with a 3-inch barrel. Both are .357 magnum.
I liked your comparison with the 3 cans of water. The .357 tore the ever living shit out of that can! That's why I love the .357 magnum. Thanks for the great video.
This is why you're my favorite gun channel. No long periods of talking, no nonsense, just shooting and having fun. Gotta admit I laughed my ass off when I saw the "exit wound" of the coffee can shot with .357
Hello Skynyrd.....I certainly like shooting much more than I like talking. I love to have fun when shooting and I'm happy that guys like you enjoy my videos. Thanks for the great comment and thanks for watching my video.
I went out and bought one after waching your video. And I love it. It goes with me on every woods n water adventurer. When I go camping I load it with 2 180 grain cast and 1 standard 38spl and 2 cci shot shells number 4. ☺👍
I have it and I love it. If I could only keep one gun, this would be it. Installed the spring kit as well. It made an appreciable difference and have had no problems. I've had Smiths in the past and this is now as good as any of them. Thanks for the review.
@7:27 Ring of fire is so cool. Never get tired of the light shows from these guns. I'd love to shoot where you are. To listen to those magnum rounds echoing off the hills would be great. Thanks for this video!
Thank you for the video. I have the SP101 .357 3.2" stainless. The recoil drives the gun into my hand, so one of the early things I did was switch the factory rubber with wood inserts grips to Hogue Monogrips. Some folks talk them up as a huge improvement, I put the recoil reduction at maybe 25%. On my GP100 .357 6" stainless the same style of factory grips are a pleasure to shoot.
Just put my hands on one at bass pro shop today, I absolutely LOVE the feel of the revolver in my hand. Seeing the recoil on this gun, it'll be a real sweet gun to have for a vehicle or on the land gun.
I have an SP101 in apx 2" bbl for my HDW. Only thing, with that short of a barrel, seems like much of the .357 power comes out the sides. So, I use .38spl +P. Love it at the range... and just how it looks. I had the hammer spur smoothed a bit... kind of sharp edges & corners, and put a Hogue grip on it, too.
You won't regret getting a Ruger SP101. Little ol' Gramma lady here. I bought and have carried the stubby since it was issued and it saved my old ass from double 2 am break in. Best bed partner ever too. Bought the 4.2 barrel for woodland time when it came out. Loooooooooooove everything about the SP101s. Highly recommend for almost any sized paw! Did re-spring triggers for smoother pull on both. Super demonstration, Mixup98!
I didn't know that Ruger made an SP101 with adjustable sights. Neat gun! And, as always, a highly enjoyable video, well made and full of info and humor. Good job, sir!
I can't get enough of your videos. I purchased my 3" SP101 .357 over a decade ago and love the little tank. I replaced the original grips with Hogue to get that extra pinky contact. I always have it on my hip while hiking or camping in the rugged Idaho mountains. I always have the Buffalo Bore Outdoorsman 180gr hard cast Keith .357's loaded just in case. You should do a video on those as there are none to be found. Thanks again for your videos and excellent shooting.
I reload a lot of my own ammo so I have never actually shot any Buffalo Bore ammo but maybe someday I can find a box or two and do a review on it. Please be safe in those Idaho mountains and thank you for watching and commenting on my videos.
100% true for me too. I have a gp100 and an sp101 and the triggers were not great out of the box. Spent a day or two dry firing practice with snap caps and put some oil in the mechanisms and they became extremely smooth in just a couple of days
I bought a Wilson combat spring kit and installed it after about 200 rounds. and shimmed the trigger and hammer. Shoots buttery smooth now. Its a 10# spring. The factory spring is 14#. No light primer strikes yet.. Also put a hogue monogrip on it. This was a great improvement. The factory grip is good but kinda small for me. With safari land speed loaders I can reload in about 5 seconds.
I guess you have to be a little bit old school to appreciate a .357 Magnum revolver. I'm a little bit old school, and my first handgun was a S&W 686 .357 Magnum 6" barrel, and I still have it and love it. Everybody these days wants a polymer pistol.
I just ordered a S&W 627 Pro 4" 8 RD in .357. I researched & researched, almost went with the Ruger 8 RD. I may get the 5 RD SP 101 later! There is something special about a revolver!
A Wheelgun is a gentleman's gun! I brought myself a Ruger GP100 Talo Edition with a 6 inch barrel, and I love it! With full power loads, its even more fun with the fireballs, and rings of fire. It gets a lot of attention at the range!
My first handgun that I bought myself was a Glock 22, back when the .40 S&W was all the rage. This was in 2005. My next three handguns were a Ruger 6" Security Six, a Ruger LCR, and a S&W 3" 686 Plus. The latter two are my carry guns.
Wow. Just validated my purchase. Big fan of the SP101 357 Magnum and I know I can hit anything with that fiber optic site no matter how high the pucker factor.
Just got a Sp101 match champion in 357. 38 special has a nice snap but the 357 will definitely get your attention. Powerful round. I also have the 22lr. Big Ruger fan.
Bought one for my wife. Perfect for a woman, the right size for the smaller hand and is a powerful little beast. You cannot go wrong with this gun....as a side note, we both carry .357's when hunting. The 180 or 200 grain Grizzly loads are pretty devastating rounds...I am not worried about her when out in the woods in NW MT when she is carrying this. With the 5 rounds if the 200 grain Grizzly loads in the weapon + 3 speed loaders on her belt, if she uses all of that and needs more, I haven't done my job in teaching her to "practice like you will shoot". Great little gun, don't over look it when considering a .357.....
I see lots of reviews from people having never shot their guns before. So, I'm torn between wanting an experienced opinion and just wanting to watch one of my personal favorite firearms in action. Go little SP101, Go! *Obviously this man is a seasoned gun owner, so that helps. Nice job, sir! I especially like how you "checked for a pulse" on the blown up water bottles. That's how I do it too.
Good morning Claude. Yes indeed, the SP101 is a great little revolver. I just recently picked up a GP100 and I should be doing a video review on it in the near future, depending on the weather. Thanks for the comment and I appreciate you watching my video.
I bought the 3 inch version pre Corona for 569.00 probably the best gun I've ever bought for under $600. The 180gr buffalo bores aren't very fun to shoot but they ensure confidence on many 4 legged.. and all 2 legged predators. Great shooting as usual Sir 🇺🇸 👏
The SP101 is definitely a great revolver but I find it just a little too small for my big hands. Might have to get a GP100 to go with my Security Six. Thanks for the great comment and I also thank you for being a four year subscriber to my channel.
@@mixup98 I can relate on the "too small for my hands" It's about as small of a 357. as I'd want to carry/shoot, I prefer my Ruger Police service six 4". And thank you for putting the content out! No frills and good shooting. You know your stuff & you don't come off as an arrogant tacticool know it all. Stay safe 😎
@mixup98 My Dad has the classic Security 6, we absolutely love it. He has had it since the early 80's. A friend has the GP 100 357 and it is excellent. My Dad also has the Ruger Red Hawk 5.5 Inch 357 8 shot. That is awesome. He has a Redhawk 44 magnum 7.5 inch and I got a Ruger Super Redhawk 454 Casull 7.5 Inch. We love our Rugers why? Because we do our own reloads. We make max loads and we buy whatever max loads and hot loads we can find and Ruger is the only platform we feel safe shooting that kind of ammo through. We have witnessed Smiths and Colts being blown apart from the above average ammo we shoot. I am definitely considering buying the Ruger SP 101 357 in 3 inch or less for carry and conceal. I don't have small hands but I definitely don't have big hands either. I like the idea of having and small but strong revolver that can handle 357, especially some hotter stuff.
New subscriber here. Glad I found your channel. No fluff - you get right down to business. I have the same Sp-101 4.2 and I love it. I had my local gunsmith do a trigger job on it when I first got it, and man, what a difference. The double-action pull is a bit lighter and a ton smoother. The single-action pull is about 3.5 lbs, zero creep, and breaks like a glass rod. Nice shootin'! God Bless
You can't go wrong with a good .357 magnum revolver and the Redhawk is definitely a good one. My son has one and we have done several videos on it and here is one of those videos: ruclips.net/video/X_MW0rz-tps/видео.html
Hello Mr. Mixup98! As always you bring us very interesting videos like this one. Sweet revolver pie this Ruger 357 Mag!!! By the way....the test you showed us shooting 9mm vs 45ACP vs 357 Mag....that part I liked & enjoyed a lot!!!! Thank you again for your very interesting videos Sir.
More great shooting! I have the 3” SP101 .357 with Hogue Monogrip. I painted the black front blade silver to match the frame and painted the ramp bright orange. I just need to practice with it more. It’s my primary carry for mountain hiking and camping in Idaho. Because of it’s size is really is perfect for hikes. I’ll usually load the Buffalo Bore 180gr hard cast just in case.
Stumbled upon this video again Iv hade this gun 4 several years now and love it...mine likes cheap 158 blazer ammo can hit bullseyes on paper but also hornady critical duties shoot great....this gun isn't 2 picky when it comes to ammo...
I use to have a sp 101 dead on this one. I got into an issue that i had to sale it. When it comes to revolvers ruger i top notch. I missed that revolver with passion but i finally got the money up to buy its big brother the gp 100. Which i love. I allways try to buy ruger when i buy a new big boy toy. I have several of rugers guns. I allways try to buy American when i can
I had a ruger sp101 wiley clapp edition 2.75” 357 mag with novak sights and shot everything 38’s and 357 until I put full load buffalo bores in it wad cutters and it locked up on me. Took it home cleaned it and sold it. Bought a glock never been happier
You always seem to review exactly the models I'm currently looking at. Great minds and all that. Btw, that was a damn cool video, man! Awesome shooting!
Nice! I was actually just browsing inventory of .357 revolvers online a little while ago before I came back to your channel and noticed your playlists. It honestly makes things so much better and easier to find things and research your catalog. I really appreciate you taking the time to do it and add it to your channel. 👍 *I can't remember exact prices off hand, but I do routinely check inventory and price fluctuations of various firearms that I'm interested in for possible future purchases. I was happy to see that just today some .357s that were previously out of stock for a long while become available. Such as the 686, 101, GP100, and a Taurus 4" *I will try to keep an eye out for local used inventory as a new 686 or 100 are priced just too high for me.
You have to be the best shooter on RUclips, for sure. I have always liked the Ruger SP101 3 inch model for some reason, but I haven't pulled the trigger yet.
I appreciate the great compliment. I see you have lots of videos on youtube and it is a good thing when guys like us are dedicated to the education of the shooting sports. Be safe, have fun and enjoy our 2nd Amendment.
Again a very nice but also extremely useful (for me) video. I liked the impact comparison (9mm .45 ACP & 357 magnum) shots very much. You are a great shooter and a great gun video maker. Keep them posting.... Thank you very much. Eric
I love shooting revolvers and this was a fun video to make. I'm glad you enjoyed this video and I hope to make many more before winter gets here. Thanks my friend.
Always like your vids. Yours are among the few I check for daily--wish you made more and more often, but then I'm sure you have other things in your life besides entertaining and enlightening us gun freaks. Keep up the great work!
Glad you shot the three different calibers. You see a lot of bs on sites that say the 9 and the 45 are just as powerful as the 357. Your video shows different. Good video.
Hi John.....anyone that says the 9 and 45 is comparable to the .357 are either badly informed or they lack shooting experience. I've shot lots of 9 and 45 and they definitely don't blow up tin cans like a .357 magnum.
Yeah, I use .45 myself, but it's for reasons other than terminal ballistics. I believe in magnum rounds, .357 or .44, and people will tell you than tin cans aren't people, but hunters agree with you too.
A friend just sold me his 101. Love it. Beautiful stainless steel, smooth and IMHO perfect for conceal carry (smooth edges so doesn't get stuck on clothing) Grips are okay, but I replaced them with custom. Small, but feels very substantial in my hands. Hollow point shells (my preference) My first gun in years since leaving the Navy. Highly recommended.
I have this same model I love my sp101 and the rubber grips with wood inserts look great but even with small hands my pinky hangs off so I swapped for the hogue grips now it fits like a glove
I do prefer a revolver over an semi-auto for my CC because no matter how clean you keep your gun they can still jam. A couple of my friends pistols have jammed with just a few shots. I just feel they are easier to carry too. Great review and good job. Very fun to watch. Thanks
I remember i walked into a gunshop to look around i mentioned to the guys, i hear its fun to shoot gallon jugs of water with a 12g. The old man who never said much to me before laughed and replied yeah i still do that mostly on hot days. Here it is 50 yrs later i know what im doing this summer.
This revolver has been my primary woods carry gun since it came out. Covers a lot of bases up here in the North Woods. I have the .22 version, as well, which is also a great "kit" gun and good for extending practice with the platform. Wish I had a range like yours where I could blow up some jugs. Nice shooting, too, btw.
The .357 mag has fallen out of favor for the simple reason that few police departments use it nowadays. It's purely the transition to semi-autos and the non-dedicated cop shooters that are to blame, because the round was king of the streets. The .357 was known to end fights quickly and to have explosive effects on people (gruesome). Now of course, studies have come out to justify the move to .40 and 9mm, but there's marketing involved and a certain bias in testing (against kinetic energy) built in. Few people will admit it.
At the 4:00 mark.. notice the delay between the container falling and all that liquid hitting the ground. A liquid will absorb a lot of force.. and that .357 still managed to knock it that high. That's seriously impressive.
Great video! Looks like you have yourself a winner in that gun. I really like the barrel length and fiber optic front sight. For a trail gun that would be hard to beat. It has enough heft to be shootable, small enough to carry easy in a good holster and enough power to take care of just about any problem. I have taken deer and hogs with my old 357 blackhawk. The caliber has plenty of power for those animals. Always enjoy your videos and especially seeing the beauty of high desert Nevada.
I had a 357 Blackhawk back in the early 90's and had to sell it. It was probably one of the most accurate handgun I've ever owned. I would like to buy another one and make a great video with it someday. You just can't beat a good .357 magnum.
I have had my blackhawk since 1974, It's an old 3 screw model. It's was my first handgun and although its bluing is pretty much been worn away I have cold blued most of it. the mechanics are still very tight. shoots as accurate as when I first got it. I did have it converted to the transfer bar by Ruger so I could carry a full cylinder. Although I have several nice revolvers and semi auto's it's my favorite handgun.
This video made me go purchase a 5771. I went to a local gun shop and they had a brand new on there. Unfortunately it had a scratch but they are sending it to Ruger to be polished.
Great video! You're in my top 5 favorite gun channels (probably top 3 actually, and never in any particular order) because of the wealth of knowledge you have and present to us in a well thought out and entertaining way. Keep up the great work! I'll visit your Patreon link to help in whatever way I can. BTW, I love your Ruger revolver presentations, especially now that I've picked up a 1985 production Ruger Speed Six .357 Magnum 2 3/4" Stainless with factory bobbed hammer. Thanks, be safe, and have a Happy New Year in 2018!
Thanks for the great compliment Douglas. I love making my videos and I'm glad my viewers enjoy them and support me when they can. Happy New Year in 2018 and thanks again for your comment and for watching my videos.
I just became a Patreon member for your channel and helped spread the word on my Facebook page. Thanks again for not only your videos, but your service to our country as well as law and order.
As usual, excellent content and editing. I like it when the opinion of someone i respect matches my own. I really like my SP101 as well. Heck, i even have the same shirt! Thanks for another great video.
Very nice revolver. I have the GP-100 with the 4.2-inch barrel and it's my favorite handgun to shoot. The double action trigger has smoothed out considerably over time. I also have the SP-101, with a 3-inch barrel. Both are .357 magnum.
Those SP101's are beautiful revolvers.
I liked your comparison with the 3 cans of water. The .357 tore the ever living shit out of that can! That's why I love the .357 magnum. Thanks for the great video.
i loved your 9mm, 45, .357 comparison and that you used same ammo. Thanks for video!
You're welcome Brian and thank you for watching my video.
@@mixup98 and you and your son do an excellent job, my favorite no BS channel 👍🏻

What holster do you use for it?
Nice video! People don't know how hot those 125gr .357 rounds are! The SP101 ate those for lunch.
@7:27 Ring of fire is so cool. Never get tired of the light shows from these guns. I'd love to shoot where you are. To listen to those magnum rounds echoing off the hills would be great. Thanks for this video!
I like the way he always gives us viewers a closeup of the piece he is showing.
I love Hogue grips, especially on hard recoiling handguns. Thanks for the suggestion Chris.
Just put my hands on one at bass pro shop today, I absolutely LOVE the feel of the revolver in my hand. Seeing the recoil on this gun, it'll be a real sweet gun to have for a vehicle or on the land gun.
Heck yeah, the SP101 is one of my favorite revolvers. You won't regret buying one.
bought the 4"sp 101 in .357 shooting full power 158 gr. reloads good accuracy, recoil is similar to a 44 redhawk. really like your videos
An excellent example of the hydrostatic from a .357, no comparison between it, the 9mm or 45acp.
I LOVE the ending. That Ruger is Awesome. I had a .357 30 Years ago. loved it. I am split between the Ruger and the Smith and Wesson 327
I think the Ruger SP101 is going to be my next handgun.......
I think Ruger owes me a commission.
Just picked up my pocket lcr .327. Next up is a SP101 .327......stable mates for my GP100 .357. :-)
I have an SP101 in apx 2" bbl for my HDW. Only thing, with that short of a barrel, seems like much of the .357 power comes out the sides. So, I use .38spl +P.

I had the hammer spur smoothed a bit... kind of sharp edges & corners, and put a Hogue grip on it, too.
I absolutely love it!!! with hotter .357 loads you definitely feel it i have the same model reviewed here

RUclips needs more creators and videos like this. Well done. I wish all gun reviews were this good.
Thanks Luke, I appreciate the great compliment.
mixup98
Anytime. Keep up the good work and God bless.
In this crazy decade, it's one of the best stainless revolvers around. Might make it my next one.
I didn't know that Ruger made an SP101 with adjustable sights. Neat gun! And, as always, a highly enjoyable video, well made and full of info and humor. Good job, sir!
they recently made a lipsey's exclusive with a 3" barrel, half length underlug, adjustable sights, and a blued finish
love those Ruger revolvers!
bought one about 6 months ago 4.2" 357 your video convinced me lol I love this gun and carry it every day. Top notch video.
Thanks Michael !!
Nicely done, I have 3, a 3"357-a 4" 357 and a 4.25" 22 I love them all...heavy but built like a tank, I have added Hogue grips to all of them 😊
out of all the gun videos I've watched this one's probably the best good job man.
Thanks Ese.....I had a blast making this video and I'm glad you enjoy it.
When I grow up I want to shoot like Mixup.

You sure know how to have fun! I understand the work that goes into prepping all this stuff and clean up, so thanks for showing the fun! Worth it!!!
Thanks DZ. I really do put a lot of work into my videos and I appreciate your great comment.
The SP is my latest acquisition. I got the snubbie for a carry gun - I love it!!!!!
Good choice Tony...!

I'd rather have my 357 over any 9mm.
I own this Revolver and what I like about it is that it chambers .357 as well as .38 Special, Great Video
Thanks William.
Really like the practicality of your videos, cuts through the BS that others tend to show or talk too much. Thanks
You're welcome LeRoy and I really appreciate the feedback.
Wow. Just validated my purchase. Big fan of the SP101 357 Magnum and I know I can hit anything with that fiber optic site no matter how high the pucker factor.
Nice to have this channel to binge watch while at home!! Awesome as always mixup!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Thanks my friend.
357 baby ! Old school !
Just got a Sp101 match champion in 357. 38 special has a nice snap but the 357 will definitely get your attention. Powerful round. I also have the 22lr. Big Ruger fan.
Very nice!

Great little gun, don't over look it when considering a .357.....
No, the bear is feed.
I have 2 SP101 "357" Magnums. Love both of them! Great guns! I highly recommend them!
the ending of this video is just masterful.
Thank you Jarvis. I had fun making this video and I appreciate the great compliment.
God Bless
The 357 will be my first pistol. After watching a lot of videos I am hooked on revolvers. Especially for self defense. Want the 8 shot, Redhawk.
Another sweet (but old) revolver review from mixup98!
Excellent video as always! The caliber comparison was great and indisputable. Thank you mister!
You are very welcome Gerald and thank you for watching my video.
Love your videos, You're a heck of a shot. Just picked a 4" SP101 today looking forward to shooting it soon.
Hello ratbone. You have made a wise choice and your Ruger should last you a lifetime. Be safe, have fun and thanks for watching my videos.
Stumbled upon this video again Iv hade this gun 4 several years now and love it...mine likes cheap 158 blazer ammo can hit bullseyes on paper but also hornady critical duties shoot great....this gun isn't 2 picky when it comes to ammo...
Your finishing shots on downed targets kill me every time! Great video!
I allways try to buy American when i can
Hello Ernie. I also love Ruger revolvers and I also bought a GP100 last year. Thank you for watching and commenting on my video.
Yup! That's my next weapon. We love that SP101! Thanks for the great video, as always.
*I can't remember exact prices off hand, but I do routinely check inventory and price fluctuations of various firearms that I'm interested in for possible future purchases. I was happy to see that just today some .357s that were previously out of stock for a long while become available. Such as the 686, 101, GP100, and a Taurus 4"
*I will try to keep an eye out for local used inventory as a new 686 or 100 are priced just too high for me.
Eric
Nice looking revolver. 👌 Good shooting mixup man.
My favorite channel has produced yet another fantastic video! You are a fine shooter, sir. I really enjoyed this!
I love shooting revolvers and this was a fun video to make. I'm glad you enjoyed this video and I hope to make many more before winter gets here. Thanks my friend.
Yes sir it is always a pleasure. Good times!
You a true teacher. The 357 is a beast.
That exit was your best one to date lol. Loved it.
Always like your vids. Yours are among the few I check for daily--wish you made more and more often, but then I'm sure you have other things in your life besides entertaining and enlightening us gun freaks. Keep up the great work!
1st person camera shot is so awesome!
I believe in magnum rounds, .357 or .44, and people will tell you than tin cans aren't people, but hunters agree with you too.
awesome video that pause at the end was perfect
I always have fun watching you shoot.
I have SP101 chambered in .22 I installed hogue mono grips on it and I highly recommend them .
Thanks for the advice David 👍😎
Like this video a lot. No long diatribe. Too many Channels like to hear themselves talk. Love this just the facts m'am video.
I always love your videos brother! keep em up!
I have this same model I love my sp101 and the rubber grips with wood inserts look great but even with small hands my pinky hangs off so I swapped for the hogue grips now it fits like a glove
Damn, that .357 packs a lot of punch.
It feels great to fire.
I do prefer a revolver over an semi-auto for my CC because no matter how clean you keep your gun they can still jam. A couple of my friends pistols have jammed with just a few shots. I just feel they are easier to carry too. Great review and good job. Very fun to watch. Thanks
I am a revolver fanatic, but revolvers malfunction too.
Excellent review mixup, thank you.
You're welcome Joe and I thank you for watching my video.
Great video. Very instructive, very entertaining and to quote Ghostbusters, "Nice shootin' Tex!"
Awesome! Getting the 3" barrel model this week. Merry Christmas! Life is Good!
One of the best looking handguns ever built
Yes indeed!!
You make some of the best gun videos I have seen!
Thank you my friend !!!!
I had one in 2006 then sold it when I moved to Mexico. I loved it.
I am impressed with the can comparison (9,45,357). The power of the 357 is incredible! Thanks for sharing!
That little Ruger makes some NICE fireballs.
Another great video! Thank you mixup98!
Like the info, your sense of humor, the "beam-up' SFX and of course, the echo of the gunshots in them thar hills!
:D
This video made me go purchase a 5771. I went to a local gun shop and they had a brand new on there. Unfortunately it had a scratch but they are sending it to Ruger to be polished.
Finally got mine on Tuesday and it is nice.
Really enjoy watching your videos. You are a great shot and you're humble too!
You have excellent taste if you have the same shirt :) Seriously, I appreciate the great comment.
I think you have become my favorite channel!
I am honored.....thank you very much :)
Agree, great channel and great shooting!
I had one and sold it. This is one of those that "got away". I miss it.
Sold mine too and plotting to buy another one!
Seen one in my local pawn did 679.99 not sure if that’s reasonable or not
@@JairynR2 that's alot of money used, unfortunately that's what people are asking right now
@@toiletpaper5770 it’s new
@@JairynR2 better, but my new 2.25 inch was 550 two years ago. If it's what you want and you have the money I wouldn't feel bad about it

@@mixup98 no problem man
