Just remember use BLUE LOCTITE , It will come apart with tools if need be , but the RRED WILL NOT , if you try to remove bolt after RED has been used the bolt will break off in the shaft , Not come out at all ... BUT , if you do by chance did use RED Loctite all is not lost ... If you do need to remove that bolt you MUST heat it up with at least a plumber's little propane torch & melt the RED Loctite & bolt will come right out ...
This mixer can last & stand up to rigorous Home Use but Not Any Use of Commercial size , it is made out of sheetmetal you know , Not Steel Plate ... So my advice to you is 1.) Disassemble ALL MOVING PARTS & give them a good greasing....& then reassemble using BLUE LOCTITE THREADLOCKER if you don't want this mixer shaking itself apart ... 2.) After reassembling all the Moving parts nuts & bolts with BLUE LOC-TITE ( Do NOT USE RED , if you do , you have to use a torch to heat it up to remove nuts , they will break off before that RED LOCTITE will give up its hold ).. Remove all the rest of the nuts & bolts one at a time & treat with BLUE LOC-TITE then put them back together......I recently seen a guy with one still working & looking fairly NEW ,all because he constantly hoses it down between each load he mixes & he greases all moving parts before each day's use & I believe he said it was at least 16 years old ....So I guess the secret is Assemble it like you want it to last , Grease it religiously like you believe that will make it last , & lastly , keep your machine hosed down & keep that dust cloud from settling to outside & sticking to it , it just might surprise you & still be working after you retired & quit working ...Lol... GOOD LUCK with your mixer ...
We will try to make this one last the life of the farm for sure, but the other fact is, this one already paid for itself vs a rental or vs having a mixer truck show up with a big load. Everything from here is bonus time in my mind.
Quite well for me. If you are looking for tips, start with not leaving petty little man comments on perfectly fine youtube channels. Everything else will improve if you start with that.
