(1) Maharashtra

The persons who makes scam anywhere is never welcome.But it is not the only yardstick of GDP progress or regression.The matter is that Maharshtra population is almost double of Gujarat population so gdp per capita of Maharshtra comes down than gdp per capita of Gujarat.Even Gujarat gdp increase pace is more than Maharshtra.

All the big states are growing in a single digit growth rate except Gujarat and Tamilnadu. Gujarat and Tamilnadu average GDP growth rate 10 - 11 percent. Maharashtra, UP and Karnataka are growing a single digit growth rate that is why India averages GDP growth rate just 7.6 percent. UP GSDP is not 380 billion dollars. In actuality it's less than Gujarat and Tamilnadu also. In 2024 -25 UP the growth rate is just 6 - 7 percent.
