FISHING the TENNESSEE RIVER using BIG MINNOWS as BAIT !!

In this fishing video I’m fishing with a fishing bait that will catch several different species of fish which includes smallmouth bass,largemouth bass,spotted bass ,catfish and many other species of fish.
In this video we’re fishing Wheeler Lake on the Tennessee River in north Alabama and we hook up on big fish !!

Wish i could have seen the first fish. That was the biggest something that i had on the line in a while. 12 lb test gave it up.

That is quite a testimony to the strength of that Owner Mosquito hook. I was thinking for sure they would straighten out on those fish, especially since you are fishing with braid. The technology of those hooks is something else. I guess the way they are tempered they are more likely to just snap instead of bend. I would have had to keep some of those small cats for the frying pan.
