Sir I am BTech final year student now in 8th semester i will completed my BTech in July 2022 i have selected in Ericsson Global but they told me that they give me offer letter 2 weeks before when I completed all my semesters and I should also have all my semester's results for complete documentation process.....so please reply me regarding this
How they communicate this, if through Email then its ok. It is written proof, so no problem. Because of incomplete B. tech degree they might give after completion. Best of luck

After receiving of appointment/joining letter I had still working last two year includes my 6 month probation period and still I have to not received yet Confirmation letter.
What should I do,
If company agree to issue me a confirmation letter then which date they have to mention in confirmation letter current date or after ending probation period date?

TCS me joining date ke hisab se process karo. Agar joining 2 mahine baad he to current company me 2 mahine ka notice dekhte hue resign dal do taki relieving me koi dikkat nahi aaye.
