Hi from Philippines, having an issue of my contact beacause it cost me $25 . When i check the contacts its only 101 since i am deleting it 1 by 1, By when i check the billing it says
2500 contacts included
532/2500 contacts used.. What can i do about this it cost ne a lot. Hoping ill get some answer here. Thank you
Hi Ya! from the Sunny "Flori-Bama" (Florida, Alabama) border on the Gulf of Mexico! If you Google the Manychat pricing page and play with the contacts / pricing slider you'll see that the price is $15 for up to 500 contacts and at 501 it jumps to $25. THE SOLUTION is to go into contacts and search for your least likely to convert contact and do a bulk unsubscribe to keep your list below 500! NOTE: on the left side menu click the house icon (home) and look over to the top right side of the screen you'll see Manychat community. Hi Tim. When editing an automation and selecting which Instagram reel I want to use as a trigger, my reels aren't loading. I get a message saying that I don't have any available publications to choose from. Do you have any idea why this would be? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

when I went to settings I didnt find the facebook permissions is it because I dont have the pro plan for now or what, I only use manychat to automate reels comments answers I have only one automation,
here is the error I receive in the automation that I want to solve : "For collaborative posts, the automation does not work with comments on the collaborator’s account."
the reel I have is not a collaborative post I posted it in my account without tagging anyone.
Can you please help me solve this problem

Hi I'm trying to setup a new automation and I'm not able to select any of my instagram videos to add the automation to. When I click the "All posts" button to select a specific video it loads for a second and then says "You don't have any available publication. Create more complex automations for users who comment your posts or reels. Add a post or a reel, return here and refresh the list." Any idea how to fix this?

unable to see latest posts, reels while selecting specific reels and posts. I m able to see posts from 3 days back posts prior to that are invisible
my advice is to join the Manychat community on Facebook and post a loom video that shows your issue and ask the community for help. It's really hard to troubleshoot without seeing the big picture.

When I click refresh permissions, it says I dont have succifient rights to reload the page.How do I fix this? It was working fine til I tried to create a separate IG and a separate Manychats. I since deleted all of the new stuff to try to fix it back to how it was and I can't get this to stop.
Hey Coupon Queen. Manychat is a powerful tool, but it looks like you've hit a snag here. Best bet is to contact the support team. here's how - click the scribe link - also, join the Manychat Facebook Group you can get a lot of support from folks in the group. Consider posting a loom video of the error you get and describe what actions you took to get to the situation you are in.

hi Tim and thanks for the video. i just created an account with manychat and it allowed me to make 9 posts but its not accepting the 10th and im using the free version. do you know why im not able to use this feature anymore? maybe because im using the free version?

When my free trial ended and I went pro, my automations stopped working! I had them set up when people commented a trigger word, they were sent a link in the DMs.
All of a sudden it's not working. I haven't changed any settings. I refreshed permissions, tried deleting and redoing them... still not working!
I have issued a ticket with Manychat - but if you have any ideas I'd be so grateful.

This is a known issue with Meta and they are working on a solution. It affects a small amount of Meta users. This is why I don't rely on chatbots as my only means of building audiences.

you can have up to 11 quick reply buttons
im getting comments on a specific post and the bot messages replies some, but not all of them. idk what to do anymore 😪😪

You have insufficient rights to reload the account. What does that mean?
