I was voting for him from the very beginning. Usually my favorite never wins.. Hooray for Noah! I love her too! She’s a great Country singer.
I love how Noah’s baby reached out for him and cuddled up against his dad. That spoke volumes as to the heart and soul of Noah.
I love how Noah shared the spotlight with Huntergirl. She helped him in this interview too. He will get out of that shyness. Peolpe adjust differently to fame and in their own time.
She looks like she has done interviews for yrs.She said on her page that Noah is her bestfriend. She was genuinely happy & excited when he won.Maybe their friendship will last a lifetime.
I dont think its shyness. I think he is just a quiet guy with a really mellow personality.
Like Lionel said to Huntergirl on the set after one of her songs she nailed, you're a natural. She's natural on the stage, in interviews. She has INCREDIBLE star potential, and so does Noah. Love them both so much. This might be my MOST favorite Idol ever 🤯
I think it helped Noah having Huntergirl there, took some of the pressure off of him to answer every question. GREAT exposure for both of them 😉

He never been on a stage before AI. Hunter girl has had some success before AI. We have a winner of AGT in my hometown and he is as real as they come.

Hunter will advance to the main stage now because of her exposure. She's ready for the The Grand Ole Opry stage. I think most of the top 20 will find local stages to begin their career like Hunter had to.

You won't hear or see anything from either of them. They will fade into oblivion like almost all AI "winners" from the past, resurfacing only to perform during AI finale shows. AI is one of the worst platforms to provide a jump into the professional life. It's all a popularity contest voted on by high school girls.

They are both stars. They both will be on country radio and may win awards. Sky is the limit for both. I picked Noah at his audition and when Kenndi dropped out I said Noah really has a shot to win. But I knew Huntergirl would be right there. She has a really pretty voice. Leah as well. All 3 of them are winners if they put the work in.
You don't have to worry about Hunter putting the work in. She's buster her tail performing in Nashville for years. Leah to for that matter. While both are different personalities both are wonderful human beings. Along with Noah of course.

I agree Stew. I think they could EASILY sell out a local arena in Nashville and Louisville ESPECIALLY if ticket prices were reasonable $30-40-60 bucks a seat. Not sure they are ready to charge $100-$200+ like all shows cost to see today. You agree 🤔

Yet, Noah won by singing a lot of songs that weren't country. He played it smart and played to the AI audience.

When Hunter sat with the vets and started showing the love and support like she did for them, and back at her, I was BALLING. Such a BEAUTIFUL joyful moment. But as im sure you agreed a SOLID investment for a TRUE AMERICAN hero. I would have been there if it was remotely close and a weekend. They looked so calm and collected. I think hanging together from LA to the show here gives them comfort. They have developed a VERY strong friendship based on things they have posted.

AI only pays and invites the top 2 and the winner gets a recording deal. That does not mean others don't. I wish them all success.

I was truly shocked when Noah was announced as the winner of American Idol. I thought sure Hunter Girl would win. Hunter Girl was the most talented.
If the history of idol is looked at, when a male and female compete in the same genre the male tends to win every time and then quickly fades away. I think Huntergirl and Noah will both do well in the country genre. I think Huntergirl is already prepared for stardom while Noah may need as much as a year of training and opening for large acts so he can get used to large crowds!

Country is calming
They're both so humble and that's what living in the South, under God, does to people. I live in Hunter Girl's County in TN. People are so humble here. You can tell the outsiders from their lack of humility. That humility is what propelled Garth Brooks into the stratosphere and it can help Noah, too. I hope that he finds an awesome songwriter (Hunter Girl, too) so that they both can run into each other at the CMA's, the Grammy's, and the CMA Fest each and every year. Stay humble, kids. Along with your talent it will take you far. This year's Idol group is the best I've seen since the beginning of the show. Everyone bonded, including the judges. I still wonder what happened to Jay that he did not make the top 3? He fit right in the EW&F. Hopefully, they'll pick him up for reunion shows and passing on the torch to him.
That's delusional. The entire country is much more religious than the rest of the western world and humility isn't an American trait. @@veganpotterthevegan I think country is more of storytelling than the other genres which is a big draw for a lot of people. With maybe the exception of indie. Pop music is currently annoying using too many loops, acrobats, and noises as filler.
Hunter Girl is the one who will actually make it in country music; She is a real song righter; Has tremendous talent as singer; Knows how to work a crowd; has already been opening act far big names; She is what Country music is looking far; The next generation of real talent; The ones that last just about far ever; they wright songs and can sang!!! That is who will sale music.
There are so many successful County music stars who have never written a song that the public will hear. There are tons of writers in Nashville and other places who write songs for them. So, writing songs is not a sign that a person will be successful. As far as who the Country fans want they might should have voted. Maybe they did vote! LOL
