I will say you can learn any programming language that you want to learn that's if you want to just learn, but if you need a job then learn what the companies in your country use as their stack, which is PHP with Laravel in my country, and I can tell you as a CTO that used PHP for long time, the only thing matter is what the tech stack the company decided to use, their existing projects, and how much they will spend on the new employee or the new technology.
