I love this so much. I feel like this is the true Deuce. Before he became HU and had to sing rap/rock songs to appeal to the majority of people, instead of singing his true emotions like he did here before he had any recognition. He has some very deep lyrics throughout this album and I can relate so much to his feelings here. I don't like new Deuce. It's like he's just doing what's popular. Not what he would really do.
P.S. this might not make sense, I am very high and am trying my best to put the point across, lol. :)
I feel like he still did some quite meaningful stuff with HU and solo. But yeah I know what you mean. The party, gangsta stuff is dumb. His best work is definitely the emotion songs written from the heart

@@mulaZC Yeah he might have been pushing for the party vibe and all that, but his best work was still his ones like this, circles and this love and hate and some songs off invincilbe and nine lives etc. When Deuce talks about murdering people and beating them up when his arms are sticks it's so cringe.
Deuce would def be a much more respected/amazing artist if he would cut all the party tracks out of his new material. I mean some are cool - After all, thats what blew him (hu) up (ie. No. 5) But, dude can write & has a great voice, no doubt.

this isnt an album. these are songs he wrote a very very long time ago. when he was trying to get noticed.

I didn't knew Deuce was doing music(or mixtapes)before HU,got to research more
+Scout Rose Deuce (J-Dog) He made these songs in 2004 and they weren't mixtapes or copyright songs though some songs were sounds like the old Linkin Park style.

Deuce wrote a good bit of material before getting into HU back then but these songs never really saw the light of day until they were leaked on sites like Limewire/Frostwire and eventually being put onto YT. 3 Tears was pretty much Pre-Hollywood Undead and it was supposedly J-Dog, Deuce, J3T, and Charlie in the band but you can't even find those 3 songs that they made anywhere on the internet and Deuce of course made songs with them as well.

@@ripfan113 I know that this is 3 months old but he was recently interviewed by a kid maybe about a few days ago about making a return by possibly the end of the year and he's also been teasing his return on social media heavily about his comeback but I guess we will truly find out eventually. It still blows my mind that the label ruined him and broke him down enough to where he couldn't even promote and tour for the Invincible album which are some songs that I definitely would have loved to have heard live back when that album first released. The kid that interviewed him asked Deuce if he would be going self-independent for his new music and Deuce said yes so this is definitely a step in the right direction for him.
