German student visa with APS CERTIFICATE for MUMBAI is available next day. I tried to check for appointment today and got appointment for 18th JAN. Problem only lies with VFS DELHI candidates.

Appointment waitlist vary by which consulate you are booking at. Especially for Delhi it takes longer time. There is no certain time line for the moment.
