Don't give them any lip service. It's clearly marked as Amazon and Amazon is responsible. Just because Amazon is always searching for ways to not be held accountable and pay people as little as possible, doesn't mean the final bill won't still land at the right door. Amazon is fully responsible.

Anazon like so many modern companies have figured out a way not to get sued. In this case it's a contractor working to deliver Amazon products.

The clip seems to show that the Amazon driver never bothered to turn his head and look to his left, and cut into the oncoming lane. Had he not cut, driver would have seen her in the crosswalk, and she wasn’t walking fast enough to be past the halfway point of the crosswalk when she was struck.
I hope the Giancarlos’ attorney wrings every dollar out of Amazon. Unfortunately All the money in the world won’t return Mrs. Giancarlo’s health to her pre-incident condition.

These are not Amazon trucks people! These are DSP trucks who contract with Amazon…
You won’t get any money from them. They have a limit

Not unusual to catch a whiff of weed as they drive by in the neighborhood.

Stop the lies, those trucks and vans have 360 degree video recording in and out of the vehicle. And if you turn off camera and your not on break it’s automatic termination.

Amazon hires these contractors to avoid unions and medical benefits. As well if there’s a weather emergency the dsp will blame Amazon for not shutting down even though they don’t want to shut down because they receive slower payout from amazon if routes aren’t completed .Reasons I left there, I couldn’t even get a 2nd uniform
