Do you have a family member or an account that buy premium ? If yes, login problem might accidentally caused you to get that PiP feature for free, otherwise it's probably a glitch.

This is RUclips dirty tricks , it gives you free demo for some minutes and suddenly turn it off after sometime, and keep you buffled .... same was with RUclips background play
