this is a big problem for me, i do not have do not disturb on and ive checked all the settings in the apps and in iphone settings but i am not recieving notifications on some apps, ones in perticular like snapchat are very annoying it says i dont have any messages then i click on the app and they all load in. sometimes i will get notifications but then sometimes i dont, wifi is also not the issue as i checked with and without data on. I get audible notifications hit or miss. I can be sitting next to phone & not get an alert to incoming message...but others I do. Starting today, I'm going to start a list to see if it's the same people to ensure it's not randomly not alerting me. I know of 1 person I never get alerted for. (I've never used focus so that's set to "off"). I turned off "screen notifications" - I might have name wrong but it's the one that monitor's user activity...and since doing that, I just got an alert from that 1 person I wasn't getting alert for...odd

Did you solve your issue? I have the same one on my iphone 11. It looks no messages at all. When i open an app then all messages appear immediatly. All settings are ok. I don’t know what is wrong with the phone…

chaimae doumar bro, Try turning on notification from the app. Open WhatsApp>Setting>Notification> turn on Notification. If it does not fix the issue, delete the App, reinstall it and when it will prompt to allow Notification, allow it. It should fix the issue. 😊

I get audible notifications hit or miss. I can be sitting next to phone & not get an alert to incoming message...but others I do. Starting today, I'm going to start a list to see if it's the same people to ensure it's not randomly not alerting me. I know of 1 person I never get alerted for. (I've never used focus so that's set to "off"). I turned off "screen notifications" - I might have name wrong but it's the one that monitor's user activity...and since doing that, I just got an alert from that 1 person I wasn't getting alert for...odd

When I open whatsapp it says push notifications is turned off from the settings but when I open the notification setting there is no an icon for WhatsApp to turn it on -off

Didnt fix the problem :( even the reset :( When someone text me through messenger or viber, it show them that I am offline, even though I'm not.
