Question So if your dark skin do we suppose to wear brown lip liner not black ? I’m trying what color lip liner your using ?
YES! Using a lip liner, preferably a dark brown one changes the ENTIRE look of the lips and makes the pop! Just using the gloss alone makes the color dull looking.
