Finally a stream available on RUclips
I'll release an impressions video from the eyes of an Assassin's Creed player sometime this week.
Sets in Japan
Has robust character creator
Has musket with bayonet
Has Nioh combat
Has stealth
Is open world
Has SUITS
Hehe boaai
Yeah straight-up a blackTIE classic lol. Has co op!
Imagine the sheer chaos and funny moments you and I could have streaming this shit together.
It has coop??
It has co-op and mission replay!
Heck yeah, you'd be the perfect person to showcase this game
I'm still pretty bad at Team Ninja combat but I'm pretty adaptable to everything else surrounding it and I always look for advantages. The backstory of the player being an assassin fits the increased power of Stealth in this game and all the dirty tricks you can use to deny enemies a fair fight, which feels amazing when you're roleplaying that kind of Ronin.
@@LeoKRogue I'm not a fan of Nioh/Wo Long tbh, but I absolutely adore Ninja Gaiden. The combat feels more like Nioh but more snappy and stylish (like NG). So I'm really looking forward to it being ported to PC (if they ever decide to port it to PC, 'cause it seems like this game isn't really being received that well, even though it's great at what it was aiming for). The combat is great, the stealth is functional, and the free roaming is nice as well (especially the glider)
Yeah, it is definitely a LOT simpler than Nioh and Wo Long, but since the game is more than just combat, and since stealth is such a big deal, the simplification doesn't feel like it hurts it as much as it would hurt, say, a more linear mission-structure like their previous games.
Team Ninja also doesn't miss when it comes to game-feel, the simple action of using your sword regardless of the complexity behind it is always pleasant to do over and over, so that helps carry it a lot.
I imagine this game might come to PC at some point, it usually took their other timed exclusives nine months to a year if I remember correctly. Not sure if it doing poorly would make it less or _more_ likely to be ported, since a PC audience means more potential sales which Sony would probably want, and porting over their catalogue is part of their strategy already.
@@LeoKRogue that is true, Team Ninja always delivers, no matter what the game is. It's really sad to see people compare this to Ghost Of Tsushima and then crapping on it when these two games aren't that similar. It's like comparing Yakuza with GTA, both are completely different games
I'm genuinely not sure what people wanted or expected from Team Ninja's Assassin's Creed fanfiction throwback to 2009 open world games. Really, really enjoying it so far, personally.
Your character reminds me of Time Thief Redoer from Yu-Gi-Oh hahahah
I am slowly watching this entire thing as I find the game really intriguing, I hope it’ll come to PC soon so I can give it a try
Hope so too Andy, I think it won't be much longer than a year.
In the meantime...

@@LeoKRogue yessss, can’t wait ^^
The main menu is funnily very similar to Ghost of Tsushima's.
You mean nioh 1 and 2 and ninja gaiden 2 all had the sword in the ground
@@SupremeKayJay So did FF7. Just an interesting similar element from a similar game.
Since this is part 1, would it be a safe bet to assume you will be streaming more of the game?
Yeah!
how difficult was the rest of the playthrough on twlight for you? just curious. i have trouble parrying extended enemy combos that isn't under 3-4 hits.
It honestly gets easier and easier as the game goes on since you get access to so many strong items and allies can come with you on most of the hardest missions and bosses. There were two or three fights at the most where I actually had to reset it several times to learn timings so I could stop dying, but most missions I just beat on my first attempt.
@@LeoKRogue have you tried midnight difficulty yet?
are you gonna make a review on it
20 minute first impressions for now.
7:01 correct me if I'm wrong but you tried to go for kakashi, ryt?
If I did it was by accident. I just went for something that felt like me and looked cool.
I see, u mentioned u wanted to colour the eyes separately so I thought u were gonna colour the scarred eye red
I was, I forgot Kakashi had that one Sharingan eye lol.
My own character that I play in everything has one red eye and one brown/black eye.
@@LeoKRogue oh dem nice
Tenchu meets ac and Tsushima.
Especially at night time the vibes are immaculate.
Your character looks a lot like hiroyuki sanada lol
A coincidence, although he is badass xD
So i've made a decision since this game wont be coming to PC for at least another year(classic Team Ninja fashion) , ill obviously watch you play it since its how i would play it anyways, also you gonna replay Ghost of Tsushima on PC Leo?
Ghost of Tsushima is really important to me, I'll definitely play it.
Your walkthroughs are very insightful.
i skipped this game cuz i thought it had no stealth
It has pretty powerful stealth once you're properly configured for it, having lots of fun with it so far. Swifty Unknown just uploaded a video on it.
