This reminds me of when I was young and we would go out fishing. My father taught me how to clean fish First I had to go to a water source that he taught me how to scale the fish them cut from the hole of the fish and that was it,then I would give the fish to my mother and she taught me how to cook it.I had a deep fryer,I would stand the fish up and cook it till it was golden brown and pour the sauce over it But sometimes you can score it too the bone. Then you have to garnish it beautiful presentation, I have had this several times, and people are highly Empresa, but you will find this in high class restaurants, and it's actually cheaper than buying fish that is filled already. Most Chinese people know about this already or you can do that at home, you just have to find the trick, and the fresher the fish the better. Next time I go to CHINA town I am going to try it. The Chinese people know various ways of making different sauces like sweet and sour, salted black bean, garlic, many different ways, just use your imagination, and you will be surprised. Growing up in HAWAII, my father took us to the best Restaurants in Honolulu, money was no object to him, because he wanted us to get that exposure, the best cuisine that I know is Chinese, because of the different ways to cook. Other than nyc,Boston, CHICAGO, and Los Angeles have CHINESE PEOPLE, OTHER THAN that you can only find them in the ORIENT European, no,Africa no
