Personaly i would say, it depends. If you got both armors, then you should use draconic, and if u plan to 1v1 against a stunner, use majestic. But for all the rest, draconic.

además del Clarity y del Bless Soul, tal vez un tatto de Men +4, y se les olvida mensionar el Skill Enchant en Mp Cost, en las Skill y en el Vicius.... asi les consume casi que 30 mp por Skill y el Vicius en 1 mp

I'm just taking a guess: he was using auto CP clicker? that got him banned? sure, it's bannable offence, but on the other hand: one can bind using CP on an alternate mouse button, so auto cp clicker verision kinda doenst stand anymore... but oh well... never been on teon, so dont know what to say.
