He HAD to get his phone back. You know how many celebrities he has contact with. What if he had previously been invited to one of Kevin Fiege’s homes and the address was still in the phone. That would have put Kevin’s family at risk if this crazy woman went and leaked the info. He didn’t try to hurt her. He wanted to protect private information that in turn protects others. This man did nothing wrong. His whole career in the MCU and other projects gone when he protected his property and the private information of others. If he had walked away and let her keep his phone and this woman had leaked any phone numbers or addresses and someone got hurt or killed would the jury then see that she’s the one at fault.

The 34-year-old star of "Creed III" and other films faced up to a year behind bars after a Manhattan jury found him guilty of misdemeanor assault in December. Judge Michael Gaffey also ordered the Majors to complete a 52-week in-person batterer intervention program. He also has to continue his mental health therapy.
