When I was a kid, they did Captain Crunch breaded tenders at Planet Hollywood. As a kid they were amazing, and being in Australia, the Captain Crunch made them very magical and mysterious.
I got to say, the rapid fire energy of the editing of the chicken tender tasting montage was like chicken noodle soup to my ADHD soul! Well chicken tender and noodles soup to be more accurate. 😋
looks like it's the perfect time to watch this since I just took my ADHD meds even though it's almost 3am and they're starting to kick in. Good thing they massively help me to go to sleep and I won't be up for a long ass time like they do for most people lol

Try oven baked chicken tenders coated in Cap'n Crunch! It's the sweetness of chicken 'n' waffles without the weird fruity flavor you must have gotten from the pebbles
On a whim, I breaded and fried using potato flakes. While it's not great on its own, it's great mixed into the flour to create a little flakiness. It also makes a great binder.
This might be my favorite episode ever. The back and forth and Josh and V just losing it halfway through lol.
A pizza place near me does tenders breaded with Cap'N Crunch and they're amazing.
YES! i was definitely sad to see no cap'n crunch. it weirdly makes the best chicken.
I also loaded this episode just to see if they use Cap’n Crunch. I worked at a bar that did this and it has always been my favorite.

Personal favourite is a specific flavor of potato chip (what I think they call chile y limon in Mexico) but now I'm super curious about cornflakes and pistachios

I didn't consider at the start just how difficult it would be to eat 23 chicken tenders, even if only in part. Couple that with some truly horrifying coatings and it's a miracle they finished. Good job!
well they didnt eat 23 whole ones, they only took a bite out of each,. Assuming a tendie averages four bites, means they only ate like 6 tendies which isnt that hard

Some great chicken tenders I had were down on the rez south of my town. They somehow took tater tots and breaded them in that. Little tiny cubes of potatoes on chicken deep fried. They were great!

The sauce mixing using a fry or a tendy is an advanced technique that many might scoff at. I've worked in many a kitchen and you get your little plastic cup of creamy dips and then you pour a bit a of the red spicy dips on top of it and mash a fried goodie in there to turn it in to creamy spicy pink orange dip
My family choice of breading is butter and regular rice crispy cereal, so good!!

Chicken fried steak with cornflake is amazing, my mom used to make it for me as a kid, and still has a special place in my heart
When I got covid, my sense of taste and smell were muted for a while. It came back, after a few days, but I was pretty worried at first.
We have used cornflakes seasoned with salt and pepper since I was little. A box of cornflakes was always cheaper than breadcrumbs and you got a lot more.
I could talk about all the weird possibilities you left out but this was clearly a time trial for you guys, well done. HOWEVER... I will complain about the lack of Beer-Battered tendies, that's too obvious a miss(and the best way to do em IMHO.)
There's a taco restaurant close by the house where I grew up, called "Cajun Pepper" that has Captain Crunch chicken tendies and they're absolutely delicious.
Fun how different their taste preferences are!

the best thing i discovered when low on ingredients was i ended up crushing some crunchy nut cornflakes as a crumb to chicken and in australia we'd say chicken burger because it was a burger bun- but in america a chicken sandwich i guess
