I tried So many different type of tools to interlock with. When I Say the Safety Pin is the Freaking Best!! It's the Only Thing I Interlock my Clients hair With. Thanks so much.
This is one good reason to visit your haircare provider regularly. We are important to healing journeys. We listen, cover you with confidence, courage, and advise when accepted. I love this especially for man to man. We NEED you black men. We need you just as strong as we are, healthy and healed (mentally, spiritually and physically) and courageous.
God bless you… If we cannot be strong alone, then we have to be among those who are strong. If we attach ourselves to strength because we desire to be strong, then we shall become strong. Allah (God) is the source of strength, goodness and purity. So your first connection should be to God, then connect with the strong and keep away from the environment that produced your weakness lest the forces of weakness and death destroy the new life that is trying to bud in you. When we are strong enough, then we can go back to the environment of our weakness with the strength to change it.

I appreciate him supporting this man, but I'm kinda tired of hearing that a strong black woman needs to be there to help save a man. The right romantic partner could very much help be amazing for him. And love can be amazing. But I wish people would suggest therapy more often, because therapists are specifically there to help. That's just my opinion though, no one has to agree with it.

I had a girl to interlock my hair and after she did it she cut the sides or the frizzy hairs to all my locs..I had weak locs.. she ruined my hair.. but I'm still maintaining
I have to wash my hair every day too otherwise my seborihic**)spelling) dermatitis. I have prescription shampoo and oil and steroid solution to keep my flakes down.
This is why hairstylist are chosen!! Styling hair is a perk, imparting wisdom is the gift.
Sound advice to this young man. He needs guidance. You just gave him a leg up on life. God is his salvation. He needs to follow him. 🙏🏽

I want to loc my hair but wonder about the washing issues. My hair is very thick and I wash now at keast once a week because my scalp gets sweaty.
