    The only realtors in the NC area who are honest about interest rates being unpredictable. Everyone else says whatever is required to make the buyer buy (“buy now, you can refinance in just 6 months!!”)

    Rookie question here ✋when it comes to new builds; are people still using a realtor? Who is paying the buyers agent fee??

      Great question! We have helped a lot of folks with new builds! It’s important to remember a builder rep only represents the interests of the builder, so it’s great to have an agent helping advocate for you with inspections, repairs, and getting adequate updates for things like timelines. Fees are similar to the resale market meaning it’s always case by case! though most builders will offer to pay a fee or portion of a fee. Hope that’s helpful!

    June housing Inventory is skyrocketing in Morrisville, Cary, Apex, etc

      Yes it’s definitely a big improvement over last year! Still below the pre-pandemic levels but it’s nice to have more options!
