Paul's won everything, and Calvin is the essence of cool. Yeah, no pressure, haha.

I used to think "drive for show, putt for dough" but then I seen Calvin throw a drive on 18 and then 1 for the playoff. Calvin can drive to win. Amazing.

This was the most entertaining round of disc golf I've ever watched!
I was literally screaming when KJ had the throw in, then again when they went into hole 18 with a 3-way tie, then a third time when Calvin had the drive on 1 in playoff. Couldn't agree more.

Well ever since James Conrad’s throw in at worlds to force a play off this was the most exciting round since then, crazy stuff was goin down!

Kevin Jones seems to have the most top 3-5 finishes the last few years without closing the deal. A made putt here or there, and KJ would have been 1st by himself. Great playing from everybody in lead card, including the "new" kid Alden Harris.

Even though I avoid comments like the the plague. I appreciate the heads up. Just wish they would hide the top comment. It's usually got some spoilers and it's almost impossible to avoid. Pinned comment should be top comment, so content creators can influence the one "seen" comment in the food.
Great coverage as always! BigSexyBari commentary is the gold standard for disc golf. Big Thank you to you guys for putting in the extra time to commentate these events after an already long day on the course yourselves. Finally, big congrats to Vinny always in the hunt, and this one was long overdue! Make it back to back at DDO!
Paul finally called called out Jeremy for his ridiculous hyperbole that he's now infamous for. Dude needs to peace out of coverage because he has spent any mojo he had in the early years.

This has got to me one of the most dramatic final rounds. Never really knew who was going to take it.
For a dramatic final round, the first tournament of the year was quite special. In fact, he last two rounds were insane.
I guess kevins drive on 16 might have sealed his fate, but it wasn't for sure until such a weird shot trying to get under that tree. And then the approach on 17. And the drive on 18 :( I love Kevin so much. Might rewatch his DGPT win from Charlotte!
If Mcbeth hadn't hit that basket cover and rolled away he wins. Insane tournament.
Look at the teepad before McBeth throws, look at it after he throws. I'm glad Calvin won, but they need to make sure the teepads don't do that. I'm sure it affected Pauls shot.
He starts looking at the tee pad immediately like wtf happened to my footing. He says something about it to I guess the official right after too.

definitely, for an elite series event to have loose turf pads is bad, and dangerous. Paul was clearly upset and had a valid complaint.

Calvin is easily one of my favorite players on tour. I actually clapped when he parked the last hole.
Looking forward to "Jonesburg Open "in 2023 ("Kevin Jones, bro Open" might be a catchier name).
The ending of this round was so amazing. My favorite part of the entire tournament was how solid Alden played! I hope we get to see him on coverage at Idlewild this year!

Calvin is my favorite disc golfer, feels like I’ve seen him in contention so many times only to falter on the final round…and it’s awesome to see him get past those last round yips and clutch it out.

Calvin's drive on 18 is legendary.
The drive on Hole 1 (1st playoff hole) was almost equally amazing.

These guys on commentary are simply the best. This is one of my favorite cards to watch. All of these guys are masters and Alden has a totally different style. A young master for sure, I can't wait to see more of his game.
Hats off to Jeremy, Nate, and Paul for keeping the commentating so engaging throughout the video. They clearly know the results of these events going into recording these, but their comments always keep things exciting and add to the intensity, especially in these close rounds. That's a really hard thing to do and it makes watching these after-the-fact, all that more enjoyable. Well done guys.
Jeremy ruins every round by embellishing shit and grimacing like a school girl over each shot. Its borderline unlistenable.

This was such a good round. All heavy hitters. And the previous 2 rounds, the new kid was absolutely slaying. Some talent there. I called Calvin taking it at hole 4, he always delivers! Kevin is doing amazing stuff too. Love the coverage

What a round - thanks for this. Every player in this card I could easily root for the win. Too bad Kevin didn’t hold on to his lead, but I’m very happy for Calvin. This was due for a long time! Loving the comeback from Paul after those bad breaks (and a phenomenal start). That teepad ”breakdown” for Paul’s last drive was awful, not to say that he would have parked it without that, but now he didn’t even have a chance. Calvin still earned that victory 100%. That drive in that situation - way to seal the deal 💪🏼

Great production once again, Jomez! Dig seeing a lot of these top players are not just competitors, but good friends. Paul and Calvin fist bumping several times during round. Bit confused, at the start of hole 9 - Jerm said “these guys have plenty more holes than Gannon, so he’ll have to do something special…”
But Gannon was tied for 2nd place after first 9, so he had the same amount of holes left.
I feel like maybe Jerm was mistakenly referring to the “live” world where Gannon was actually multiple holes ahead on his card.

One of the best tourneys I've seen in a while! I honestly thought Kevin was gonna take it which is cool, but I was pulling for Calvin...he deserves it! Also, listening to Uli say "Elden" the whole tournament was funny
