The song is called "The Wastrel" and will be on my next solo album.
Signal chain- Schecter USA KM7 MKII Prototype with KM Custom Fishman Fluence pickups - Revv Generator 120 head - Revv 2x12 with Warehouse V30 speakers - GT57 condenser mic - UA Apollo Quad - Studio One Pro (reverbs and delays added to tones in post). Minimal post eq applied to guitar tones. No pedals were used in front of the amp.

I can safely say that’s the best high gain tone I’ve ever heard. The visual aspect of looking at that guitar may be playing a factor, but wow. I’ve never heard anything that good. 🤘🏻
Really digging this. I think the fishman's are in a league of their own, has a very distinct sound.

I love how the bridge at 5:58 is "edging" towards that chorus-like riff that is supposed to come next, but then goes back to the previous riff for a while. one of my favourite tracks from the album, definitely.

I know this may seem insignificant but that changing backlight is just too fucking sick. Ever since I heard this amp for the first time a couple of years ago I honestly believe it is the finest sounding amp ever created. Must have.
Just picked up a mint '17 KM-7 MK. II and I am enjoying the hell out of it, I love the little details, like the single knob moved out a bit so that I'm not nailing it when I really give it the gas, a pure joy to play.

This is the best metal sound I've heard in my entire life and I'm over 40... May I ask what drum samples did you use on this? I like it very much how they punch through the heavy guitars and just the overall clarity.

Kinda. Using Kemper guitar distortion on the bass with the DI track into Ampeg SVX, but no Sub Destroyer on this one (didn't need it).
Either way. This tone annihilates HARD!
