To help with your sleeping, just roll up a long twin-size piece of rubber foam to bring with you. It is light and doesn't take up a lot of room on your sled. Also, powdered milk you mix with water for drinking. Bring a box of oatmeal, a box of raisins, and sugar to put in it. It would last a long time and is pretty healthy. A couple cans of peanut butter or nuts are a good protein source. Break a couple dozen eggs in a freezer bag, is a good way to have fresh eggs without worrying about them breaking in the shells. If you have room flour Tortilla goes a long way with scrambled eggs rolled up in one or two of those. I am not trying to tell you what to do, just trying to share some tricks I have learned along the way. With all that wood you could build a box outside to keep eggs cold if you need to. This was so wonderful for me to watch. When I lived in Alabama there was a small mountain that I would hike. For years I would hike all the trails. And even some parts I would walk off trail. This just took me back to some really fond memories so thank you for sharing your adventures with all of us. So very kind of you. Thank you my friend. 😊

I have been smoking cannabis and smoking tobacco most of my life, but have been out of it now for four years. alcohol is what I am struggling with now and your videos are giving me strength and showing me the way to a better life❤️ It would be good to see the wolf pack gathered again in a video in the future.❤️🤟 PS the fog has always brought me peace and quiet.
I've been off drugs 25 years. I was 36 and had to figure out socializing and how to be around non addicts. The rapid lessons on being a responsible adult. I'm still learning. Facing world as me was a lot harder than thought. But by Grace of God I am doing it. 🙏✌
Mr. Matt, have you considered getting a satellite phone? I think it be a life saving investment for sure. Maybe Santa Claus will bring you one with the service included. Be careful on your travels and continue taking care of your mental and emotional health as well as your spiritual well being and your health. I love the calmness of the mountain being draped in fog even if it is a level 5 danger. Makes me think of the hikes I use to take just to get away from people.😃✌️

Matt it's nice to meet you. I had you on my RUclips. Before but the government here in Canada, is trying to stop RUclips up here. I would like to tell you . I know how you feel about your family. I am going through the same thing. With my family. I am from a big family to I have 7 sisters four brothers two adopted. I am now 60 years old. My family just used me for years. Every time My need me u was there for them . Since I got older know one in my family don't talk to me. Because they hade my wife I been with my wife for going on 15 years now . So matt don't worry about nothing. If you ever come to Canada you are welcome around my fire .I forgot to tell you I am indigenous. Take care my friend. And be safe out there 🙏 🙌 ❤.

@@iamtheroadwanderer I know that when struggling with anxiety, alcohol can be your friend and foe. I admire you and you have given me the strength to fight back and take my life back. I have been smoking cannabis and smoking tobacco most of my life, but have been out of it now for four years. alcohol is what I am struggling with now and your videos are giving me strength and showing me the way to a better life❤️ It would be good to see the wolf pack gathered again in a video in the future.❤️🤟 PS the fog has always brought me peace and quiet.
I've been off drugs 25 years. I was 36 and had to figure out socializing and how to be around non addicts. The rapid lessons on being a responsible adult. I'm still learning. Facing world as me was a lot harder than thought. But by Grace of God I am doing it. 🙏✌

Mr. Matt, have you considered getting a satellite phone? I think it be a life saving investment for sure. Maybe Santa Claus will bring you one with the service included. Be careful on your travels and continue taking care of your mental and emotional health as well as your spiritual well being and your health. Hi Matt a had a Drug indipenson Depression anxiety, but I am so Glad my mum stood by my side my dad walked out on us when a was 13 am 42 now a don't talk to my brother he wants nothing to do with me and ower mum, a always liked u Matt from the day in seen u in Alaskan Bush People u were the best Bro so do u talk to any of Ur family Matt or are like me put on the top of the rubbish? Lovely somewhat eerie adventure!😂 I think you'd like an Irish hike! we have many neolithic passage tombs and monuments. Portal dolmens are fascinating. It's nice to explore and be at peace in nature at the same time. Does wonders for the soul for sure!
