I love Fort Wildreness. But the times we have been there, we spent all our time at the parks and did not do much at any of the resorts. 2 Christmas' ago we were there and decided then that the next time we went We would do a park and take a day off and then do another park. We were all exhausted after 4 days of straight parks. Our last trip we did have reservations for Ft Wilderness but the week before leaving, a problem came up with our RV so we called and switched our reservations and stayed at the Grand Floridian. Our DIL wanted to come see our room but by the end of the night and having 2 toddlers they were ready for their own hotel which was a further ride from ours. After seeing this, I am ready to go back! HUGS~Donna
I was there a couple months ago and you’re right, those are beautiful, huge horses!! I live in Florida and up until this year I have spent the past 21 years in Ft Wilderness from 12/22 thru 1/3 each of those years. I miss it so much this year and my daughter is in Germany as an MP in the Army, so I’m missing her so much! The Grand Floridian is epic in their decorations at Xmas. My heart is heavy right now just wishing my daughter and I were there. It’s amazing and the BEST place to spend Christmas for sure!!🎄❄️🎄 By FAR, Ft Wilderness has always been my favorite. I’m there at least 4 times a year.
I live in Maine, Our favorite campgrounds are Loons Haven And Mount Blue State Park campground. We love camping. For some reason, I had no idea Disney had a campground. We will definitely be going there on our next trip to Florida. Which may be soon seeing we went in Feb. 2020 and every one of us is ready to go back. Just found your channel. Looking forward to getting to know your family.
We absolutely LOVE Rocky Fork Ranch in Ohio. They have so much to do and see. Indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzis, shooting range, lots of hiking trails, an archery range & lessons. They have rodeos, horseback riding, a store..... just TONS of fun & cool things to do. Oh, they also rent out golf carts‼️It is beautiful Amish county.
We love the Fort and were there during the Halloween season. We took our golf cart just so we can go looping. Amazing decorations. Our favorite place is Bluewater Luxury Rv Resort at almost Key West at MM 14.5. Amazing place!
The children ,not a care in the world filled with Joy, just the way we want all of the children of the world to feel! Maybe one day! Meet you down the road!
I have never been to Disney camping but would love to try. We used to live in Michigan and right off 23 Monroe KOA was so much fun. The kids had so much fun. They had a huge double slide and hayrides every night. Fun activities every weekend. They had an indoor game room and a great playground. They also had 2 lakes one to fish and one to swim. They had baseball games. It was a great time.
Its supposed to be very cold by Florida standards Friday night through Sunday, almost freezing temperatures at night and early morning. Looks like you guys are on the big bear loop. We stayed in the same area several times. Are you taking part in the Christmas eve golf cart parade? Make sure you register! Check out the 1600 thru 1900 loops for some incredible Christmas displays. God bless and happy camping!
Sandy Pines Campground in Kennebunkport Maine is my favorite! Super clean and new. There is a nice pool and so many activities for families/kids. The staff is friendly and it is also close to the ocean!
Love Bayleys Campground Scarborough , Maine. Lots of amenities , free trolleybus to two beaches and downtown Old Orchard Beach at night with the amusement park on the beach.
You are at our favorite campground! We love going there and just enjoying all there is to offer. We are checking in on Sunday, so am really excited about seeing the decorations that the campers have set up.
Fun and not crowded! We had reservations at Fort Wilderness for October, but ended up canceling due to Covid. Loved your Christmas decorations. Glad you had a good time. Merry Christmas 🎁🎄!
We like the little camp grounds. We are from Oklahoma and we drive about 45mins to a place called The Great Salt Plains Lake. There is a place to dig up salt crystals...for free! When I was younger we stayed at The Presleys Campground in Branson, MO....it is no longer there but Branson is a beautiful place to go.
Love your Christmas decorations. Looked like you all were having fun. It did look cold there. Especially when it rained. So I can understand Brian why he says it was cold. Even for Florida. The park where you at seems nice. Thank you for this video. Have a great week and see you soon. Stay safe.
The Fort is one of the best campgrounds in the country! It's full of Disney magic and there's a ton to see and do. We love it so much and wish it was more affordable so we could go more often.
Looks like you guys had a lot of fun. My wife and I want to travel and see the country with are new travel trailer soon. We have seen a lot from the cab of a semi, but that's not as fun. But my wife is high risk , so saying home in Idaho for now. Thanks for sharing and Merry Christmas .
I've never been to Florida. Looks nice though... Were you serious about the gator and snake infested waters just behind your rig... at a Disney resort? Sounds quite strange and dangerous! You looked like Clark Griswald while you were decorating the golf cart! How could you forget the Reindeer? And thanks for the hot 🔥 tip on the reusable zip-ties. Truly AWESOME! Looks like your kids will have an AMAZING Christmas 🎄 to remember for a long time! Merry Christmas 🎅!
I wouldn't say that the creek behind us was "infested", but pretty much any water in Florida can have snakes and alligators in it. This isn't a state where you just go play in any nearby stream or pond! 🦖 They have fencing and other precautions up in some areas but there's only so much you can do to keep nature out. It's pretty easy to spot alligators in retention ponds, neighborhood lakes, and really all over down here. It's both kinda cool and scary, so you learn to keep an eye out when you're near water.
We went to Disney world and stayed at Give the kids the world for my granddaughter It was amazing . We enjoyed our 7days there. She just wanted to do Magic Kingdom. We had the best time. We went in July so it was hot but still fun😎
If you want to see the warehouses use your GPS from around the Magic Kingdom to find Disney University on the way you will see the holiday warehouses on the right near the monorail storage area Merry Christmas
We want to see *inside* the warehouses! 😜 We actually love looking at the satellite views around the parks seeing how everything fits together. We got to see some behind the scenes stuff a couple months ago on a VIP tour as well, that was really cool.
Our favorite campground is Cape Henlopen Delaware. So much to do. Hey, are y'all going to be around Disney for the holidays? When my son worked there he told me that the monorail does a Christmas run taking visitors to each hotel lobby where you are greeted with a cookie and hot beverage. I don't know how much it costs but I would love to see y'all do that. Especially since each lobby is decorated different.
We bought the all day Christmas warehouse tour. We also went to the special events department. Well worthy the day and money. On another day we took a nighttime horse drawn sleigh ride, Christmas light tour of the campground.
@@Five2Go There also other "Behind-the-scenes" tours. They all book up quickly, so you have to plan ahead. This may not be suitable for your lifestyle or maybe you're a planner and then you could work it in. But THIS YEAR I'm sure they are all cancelled until further notice.
Fun video! Is the golf cart electric or propane? I was thinking inverter and 110v lights? Although LP gas hold carts are much better than getting stuck somewhere without a charge with the privilege of pushing it back to the charger! Rob
The rental carts are electric. We powered the lights with a portable battery though as the carts don't have 120v plugs and the two USB ports aren't working.
Hey guys just wanted to say hi! We were the ones that drove by in our golf cart and said how much we love your channel. It was awsome meeting y’all and also thanks for the stickers and pin. Have a wonderful Christmas
We want to take the trailer out to Fort Wilderness so bad some day! But it will be 4 stopover-only days out and 4 back just to get there! We are in So Cal, and we actually just flew out to Disney at the beginning of this month: 12/2-12/7.

"Filing our divorce papers" 🤭🤭🤭 We've been there a time or two! What a beautiful site at a gorgeous park. Disney really goes all out. Our favorite campground is Rivernook on the Kern River in Kernville, Ca. Fishing, hiking, tubing.

Bend/Sisters garden RV resort in Sisters, OR!! Its so nice, my mom and I especially love the hot tub, pool, and mini golf!!
