You did this video so tastefully & respectfully young man 🙏 what a lovely home this once was and how sad Andy lost his father to heart failure 😟 you can see there was a lot of love in this house just by the way everything has been presented here, if this home has been empty since 2016 it's so nice too see that no vandalism has been done other urban explorer's because it's now over 7 years it's stood alone & empty, I hope the family who left this home are now happy & well and I hope that this lovely home finds a new owner soon to restore it to how in once was
I've repaired many homes like these, installing granite counter tops, painting interiors, and other various upgrades and installations. These homes sometimes have attached sections that aren't as lavish as the rest of the house, because they are servants quarters for Butlers, Chefs, and live in Nannys. I've seen kitchens with 4 ovens ( two stacked on two) and double refrigerators that the homeowners have rarely touched. One home, In NE Ohio, where i live, a man named "Domo" had a mansion where I installed marble showers with tv's in them, where the owner was so wealthy, that he paid a master carpenter for a year to build his daughter a doll house that was their mansion miniaturized. It had its own room, with half being the doll house cut in half, accessible to the little girl to use her dolls in. Above his 4 car garage was an apartment sized closet with walls lined completely with cedar. He had an entire apartment for his help to live in. He tore down a mansion to build the one we worked in, that was itself, breathtaking. These videos make me despise the "one percenters" habit of waste.
Sometimes it’s hard to sell a property like that, that requires a serious amount of money to get back up to code. And depending on the region of the country, the land might not be that valuable. So bull dozing and rebuilding is a specific customer . Hence it sits.
You are definetly my favoirite Explorer! You keep it simple, but still you can make us imagine how could it be back in it's haydays. Keep up the good work Greetings from Hungary

This house was AAAHHHMazing!!! I loved seeing the very 80s decorating and electronics! I think the wallpapers were my FAVE! The floral in all different colors...so many cool things to see! Thank you for sharing your awesome find!! ❤
There’s so many missed opportunities. Like checking the booze for expirations and under toilet seat tanks for dates. It’s more likely this house was abandoned in 2018. Where you ever able to find a first and last name for this owner? I know you called him mr cotts but is there an obituary to give you a bette idea of when this was abandoned? 8:50 checking the exp in the crest too Also 9:05 this could just mean water damage and not necessarily renovations

Very interesting, thanks for sharing. It really is interesting what people leave sometimes! Thanks for watching :)
Can someone explain that if the owners couldn’t afford the mortgage, why didn’t the bank sell it? It seems strange to just let a big asset rot?
I was thinking the very same thing

Absolutely sad so beautiful
Best part of this, "shoutout to the apple tree! That's really cool, I like apple trees."
Apple trees are mad underrated too. Orher trees shouldn't get the recognition they get
Damn, great find Rick!

How many times did you say
"For Sure", lol?
Good video for a drinking game
Once belonging to Mr. Katz? Did he have a first name?
Isn’t this breaking an entry or whatever ?
Do you have someone come in and dust before videoing. I do not see any dust
Honestly who just comes in to dust but not organize or clean the house 🤔.. no dust doesn’t mean it’s not abandoned 😅
Who designed this house 😭🤮
Brother, aren't you afraid?
Once I first enter, sure cuz idk if there's anyone else inside, but I just deal with it lol
If this is in India... You will not even find a single spoon😅😅😅
