@Reapers Row Why does he have to be a scrub, he's a kid man, not cool. He didn't say he's better or "just as good as" PK he just said they're both good. If you deny that Landon also showed some skill by being able to complete these drills just as well as PK, you're wrong. They're also both practicing/training to get BETTER regardless of where their individual skill levels are.

Hey to be honest I think I could be one of the best girls at basketball in 7th grade! In the whole world. I have always been the smallest but the best. I keep trying to get in workouts,go join a league, or just practice in general. But with California closed down, I can’t do any of that. Please help fulfil my Goal of playing pro basketball

I’d try 4.5 hours in total.. 3 workouts a day 1.5 for every workout.. 2 basketball 1 strength and conditioning
