- Hey guys, this is the first video of my piano covers series.
Daft Punk's Get Lucky is quite easy in its construction, but quite difficult in its rhythm.
I didn't want to simplify the groove too much, so I tried to keep it as well as I could.

im learning this now, and i find the hardest part of the whole song is 1:28 when you have to play the DA DA DA DA-DA DA-DA on the right hand while having to keep the rhythm on the left.
sculpter For me, it has been one of those "new patterns" that u can't just take from previous experiences. :P, of course its not easy. Thats why not everyone can play.
These are the best covers of popular songs: the ones that DON'T copy the whole song and make it sound the same. This version is fantastic! Keep up the great work :)

WOW! That's such a beautiful interpretation on piano. I think you preserved the bright mood of the song and also the calm nature of the instrument. Great, cannot wait to start learning this. Thank you very much!

finally a version im able to play. I love piano but I stopped having lessons because im too busy and now im kinda stuck at not too hard sheet music haha. Most of the sheets I found for this were so hard!

I dont know exact words, but if you can change the emphasis of meledy to harmony and harmony to melody well, this song can be perfect!

In the beginning section around 2:00 you simply used the thirds as an addition to the octave in the right hand to have some room for more sound or is this a jazz thing? Just sounded right?

well, i usually try to settle what i'm playing before recording it, and write the sheet music afterwards based on what i recorded. but i realize that i can have a playing quite difficult to write down so i changed some rhythms to make it more readable. otherwise it would be just a mess ;)
Thanks for putting the work in to create these sheets retalianist, i'm nowhere near the level of piano where i can notate music so they're greatly appreciated
