Sandi, you often say "I feel like I said it a million times before" or you don't want to bore us, well as a fan that does not live on a farm or do what you do every day, I find that I had forgotten some tidbit of information thus learning something new, each video has some small new information and a whole schwack of fun , thank you
I actually enjoy watching the sheep management. It impresses me that you can manage to keep all the stuff straight. And during harvest you’re an amazing woman.
You could wrap the glass bottles with tape or vet wrap, then if they get dropped they don't shatter. I'm a dropsie, so I have learned how to make things bounce! lol
pool noodle coozie can help too...cut a pool noodle to fit the bottom inside!and you can still pull the meds out but should you stop it...less chance of breaking.
Sandi, I dont smile much, or have much joy in my life,,,but watching those rams with their heads in the air and mouths open, made me smile. Thank you for this joy today.
carolinmichigan Sure glad that you got a chuckle and a little bit of joy today. Keep your chin up and I pray for a little joy to come into your life each day. Even if it is just the beauty of a sunset/sunrise or a rainbow. Wishing you well Carol.
My husband and adult daughters think I’m weird, but I enjoy “the science“ of your operation. It’s interesting to hear your reasoning for the decisions you make, to hear the concerns you’re contending with, to hear of your schedule for your very busy and exhausting life... I appreciate your posting and sharing your family’s hard work! Of course, I do love seeing the babies!! 😆
I watch more RUclips than actual tv. I find people who are genuinely passionate about their job to be extremely interesting it helps that Sandi is so likable.
A helpful tip when using disposable gloves is to put 2 pairs on and when the top glove rips it is much easier to put another one onto the dry, sweat free bottom glove.
@@SandiBrock I've learned wearing gloves during this pandemic that if they stick a bit, blowing some air into them helps sometimes if you don't have powder handy. Powder either put on your hands, or a little into each glove works wonders.
Sandi, don’t ever think “daily chores” are mundane or boring... many of us LOVE to “participate “ with you virtually!! I feel I could never do the things you do or even keep up with you but love being a part of everything. I’ve learned SO much just watching and being a part of your life. THANK YOU!!❤️💕
OMG! I never laughed so hard at the rams doing the "tongue thing". I really needed that laugh. I like the management parts. I'm not a sheep famer but love animals and always wanting to raise animals.
I don't know how you keep it all straight Sandi- you manage all those sheep but also have to understand what Mark is doing in the fields so you can help him. WONDER WOMAN 😄
I always love the silly facial expressions the rams make. The lip curl (elvis), the tongue (gene Simmons) and nose twitching. Makes me laugh. Because we have wethers on our place, I get watch these goofy antics twice. Have great weekend Sandi.
And it is all due to the Flehman Response that many ungulates have where they are sensing the pheromones in the air which is directed up to the roof of the mouth via a duct behind the front teeth.
So fun to watch all the tools and time working out, for the sheep. It cracks me up when the girls come into estrus and the boys do their tongue wagging and lip lifting. I helped my daughter bred them for 2 years and had the babies for other students to raise and then show and sell. We had fun and learned so much, so that’s why I enjoy watching all the new things you do to sync their estrus and using multiple rams to ensure coving the ewes. Thanks for sharing!
Is it wrong that I get a real laugh watching the machinations of the rams blocking the ewes from other rams but also blocking out the other rams? It really is a game of strength, strategy and chance.
Billy wanted your attention that's for sure!! I am just amazed at just HOW much work goes into raising animals and crops. I grew up on a farm until age 12 and lordy I must have been sheltered. 'Cause I was oblivious!!!!! Thank you for sharing and showing just how much dedication and work it actually takes.
Poor billy wants you instead of ewe ;) I find your breeding info very interesting. It's very different to anything I see from farmers here in the UK so yes please on full explanations, I need that :) I do love the way you tell it warts and all when things go wrong. Every little slip-up documented for all to see helps others who may be a bit accident prone feel more normal. That's very important. I don't know whether most farmers hide their slip-ups or what, but I can't believe they don't have any. Anyway I love watching your videos and instagrams (although I watch those on laptop too, weird old me lol). Thank you Sandi :)
Don't ever fuss about having repeated yourself, it's all good. Most i think come to see you and the sheep and whatever you happen to be up, it doesn't have to be a short course on farming every time. Thanks for posting and it's nice to see Carissa (sp?)back.
Dear Sandi. I wanted to share with you that when I read about your friend Amy I researched what happened to her since I'm a fairly new follower of your channel...and when I read your facebook letter to her within just a few days of her passing I cried so hard...I didn't even know her, nor you that well now...however, your letter (and what happened) is an universal representation of grief many of us have experienced...so I'm so very sorry for your continued loss of her friendship while I'm thankful for finding your channel, which has helped me rediscover some of my own strength that had been drained from my soul due to grief and depression...love, Alice

Those panting boys remind me of boys in high school. 😂 Billy and friends couldn't care less. So funny!
And it’s probably the boys who don’t care who get the most girls !
Billie & the boys would really make a advertising story if the Ram truck division would pick up on them ?? Stay safe , have fun ! Bob
Billy is such a momma's boy (and that is a GOOD thing to be honest) :D
I wish I was a ram on your farm. Free housing, food, water and loving 24/7
Albert Einstein but only during breeding week! The rest of the time, the boys are segregated! Lol
I love watching everything you do! My daughter asked me why I was watching lamb videos from Canada and I said why not??? Watching from Utah.... It's hot here also 🔥
You can freeze a few milk jugs and rotate them in front of the fans and it helps cool a little bit more
Good idea! Except in Ontario we get our milk in plastic bags! :) :) But orange juice jugs would probably work. ;)

Great video......info and silly faced boys never gets old. Old lady here belly laughing at their antics. Not like I haven’t witnessed first hand....maybe I am just easily entertained🤓
