Look at all the graffitis, this is disgusting, these people have no respect. No wonder Hasi Hawass is so strict

It's literally against the law to visit any of these chambers.
If I skirted the law and managed to get a peek at this...
Better bet I'd put my name on that short list of people...

They should repair the chamber and give it it's acoustic quality back.

The relieving chambers are to decrease the amount of weight above the chamber, by making a series of empty spaces.
Also, they are spare ceiling slabs for the chamber. The builders likely had the concern that if a ceiling slab collapsed, the entire pyramid would be ruined. But this way, if a ceiling slab collapsed, another one could be lowered down to replace it.

They don't relieve vertical load and are a mystery. Structural engineers are clueless as to their purpose.
Your 'spare ceiling' theory is nonsensical being physically impossible

@@davepowell7168 According to Jean-Pierre Houdin, corbel vaults cannot support lateral loads. The grand gallery is a corbel vault, therefore should be loaded only vertically. A saddle roof on the King's chamber would transfer the load laterally towards the grand gallery. Thus they lifted the roof above the grand gallery so the load would be transferred vertically.
In order to consolidate the empty space created, they added the other horizonal beams, thus creating the other chambers in the process.
