Southeastern Montana has some personal interest for me. I've made the run along HWY 212 through Broadus to the area near Boyes Montana. My grandparents homesteaded there after traveling to the area via covered wagon about 1900. They herded sheep, cultivated wheat and ran a general store. Thanks for the video.
I don't think my trip on the Ducati was as difficult as theirs in a Conestoga, that's for sure! Those were tough times and it's strong people like them that built America.
Curt, that was a very nice ride. This past August I bobtailed my semi across Powder River Pass going west from Buffalo. Beautiful scenery there. Enjoyed the video, Curt and RIDE SAFE OUT THERE!
That was the direction I rode on that frigid evening. I started the climb close to dusk and it was totally dark by the time I rolled into Worland. There was a nice view from the top of the pass as I recall. One of my great uncles had a ranch near Ten Sleep, another about an hour outside of Cody..
@Ride_0n stopped in Ten Slleep and had a burger and fries. There was a music festival going on, so it was busy.. ended up spending the night in Thermopolis.
What are some crazy road signs you've seen on your rides? Can you spot the mistake I made in the video?
You have to keep living man LIVIN
I have spent a lot of time riding in the Blackhills…it never gets old. Hope you loved it and I’m looking forward to seeing your videos n pics soon. 👍
I did love it! The Black Hills are not only gorgeous, but filled with some great riding.
