If you wanted suggestions of weird/strange drumming I would suggest listening to Thore Warland from Norway. His drumming can be heard on records by Staer (and more recently on Golden Oriole). Olsen who can be heard on records by Ultralyd; ruclips.net/video/tgc6A_nwbts/видео.html ...and while we´re at it: a third Norwegian drummer worth checking out: Jan Christian L.
