I heard that the Steam version works much better than the GamePass version and this apparently affect other games on the GamePass. I had a similar issue with Stalker 2 on the GamePass. It kept crashing while compiling the shaders. I bought it on Steam and never had any issues.
I have a Zotac 4090, 64 GB of RAM and an i9 14900K and on GamePass Indiana Jones kept crashing after 15-20 minutes not to mention some insane FPS dropdowns that would randomly occur (not sure if it's the motion blur that's not coded properly in the game engine) and during cut-scenes the FPS is locked on 60. What's also weird is that the desktop icon of the .exe is in japanese kanjis.
Have you heard about these issues with some games on the Pass as well?
