- I did my first ever sponsored hike!!! Can I call myself an outdoor-influencer now? Ok for real now: at the end of the summer of 2022, I went hiking in 'Meetjesland' - a region in the Belgian province called East-Flanders. A 3-day hike that takes you through three forests and lots of fields!

Fine, but from some for her other great videos one can see that her English is just perfect. I just don't understand why ... She puts so much effort in creating these pieces of art, throws them out into the world and then only a very tiny percentage of the world is able to enjoy listening to what she's say. For sure she would also have 10x more subscribers. Just don't understand why, but she will have her reasons.
Anyway, thanks for sharing your journey with us, Floor 😉

@@toco1982 Hey Robert! Thanks for all the compliments, I really appreciate them :).
I initially started these videos to just show my family and friends, which include for example my grandmother who doesn't speak English. That's why I always kept them in Dutch. Also to keep the authenticity as, while I am indeed comfortable speaking English, Dutch is still my mother tongue so it's easier to make jokes an banter around.
BUT all this aside: there might be an English hiking video coming up later this spring :) :) :)!!

Dag Floor, is dit te doen in 2 dagen? Dit ter voorbereiding van dodentocht.
Ik zou op dag 1 rond 7-8u beginnen en gok om een 9 a 10 uur later aan te komen in Ter Heide (via de wandelknooppunten app zou het 46km zijn).
Om dan de ochtend nadien de wandeling verder te zetten met een minder lang stuk.

er is sinds kort ook een trail in ons eigen geweldige nationaal park. is een lus van 110 km. misschien interresant?
Eeee wijs. niet altijd groots spektakel nodig om er even uit te zijn
