This dude's voice is 'all-encompassing' - at first it sounds like brutal screaming but then the 'effect' kicks in and the voice works. The riffs are really cool and traditional in this band and they put on a great live show.
OH MAN, THIS IS AWESOME. Started listening to these guys wayyyy back in 83 ffs!! Tim Baker can still pound out those screeching high notes. Ive never heard any vocalist ever do this. Very very original vocalist. Love this shit. I love it when he drags out CIRITH UNGOLLLLLL... TOOOOOOOWERRRR OF FYYYYYEEEEERRRRRRR!!! These guys are so fucking original.

It's the original singer, drummer, and one of the guitarists. the other guitarist joined in the late 80s. the original bass player chose not to return so that's the only new member, him being replaced by jarvis leatherby of night demon. the other original guitarist passed away in the 90s.
