Yes, Liszt was really hardcore. He was so violent with the piano that when he played this piece that the piano strings broke before he even finished. So they after some tests, they had concluded that Liszt needed 3 pianos to finish this piece. So whenever they heard he was gonna play Campanella, they prepared 3 pianos on stage so he could run to the next piano whenever the strings on one of them broke
Women were known to have fainted at his concerts.
When I say that "metal closest genre is jazz and classical" and people respond with "it isn't real music."

It's actually Paganini, but of course it's a foreign language for you. Also, Paganini actually sometimes improvised THE WHOLE PERFORMANCE so he'd indeed be impressed by the power of the sound, but I don't think he'd even tremble
