Не работает клавиатура и тачпад HP Probook 470 G4. HP Probook 470 keyboard and touchpad not working

Ремонт ноутбука без разборки HP Probook 470 G4. У клиента перестала работать клавиатура и тачпад, в биосе клавиатура работает, переустановка windows проблему не решила, помогла только прошивка ( биос, мультиконтроллер, type c). На официальном сайте есть программа для прошивки и сама прошивка. Загружался с флешки livedisk.
