Hi if you are using only one decoder on that case you may not have a good signal strength check the setting of your dish or call a dstv technician for help

After the installation was finished the steps to create a heart beat from my explora 3a to my hd decoder 4u. I had perfect signal and quality for 2 days after I phoned dstv to activate my extra view. Then today all of a sudden it just went to error code e30-4. The call centre can't help me. Please can you give me advice
