Mine was working fine,, until yesterday when i hard a problem with my hard drive,, so i reset my settings to factory default, i never got the signal after that reset,, what could be the problem?

After factory reset, you have to select the right Satellite + LNB in the Installation wizard for you to get the signal to scan.
Carefully watch the video and apply the right settings to get the signal back. Make sure to connect the signal cable well.
