      Yes .the more developed the country is the more processed foods there exists . Who said india is undeveloped country. India is largest manufacturer of processed foods more than South korea.keep going 🎉🎉
      It's the people fault to ask for development infrastructure layouts buildings homes companies jobs industries 😅😅if you build all these in your country where do you cultivate! People don't have brains politicians have lot of money they could get good food anyway

      @@anita2053-r1f Why processed? Because the government’s priority is caloric intake. In the US the main ingredients in processed foods are subsidized. Whole foods get less than 1% of subsidizes because lobbyists for processed foods put money first. Government can brag about stopping hunger but you end up with obesity and a lot of unhealthy people. Ripe for the pandemic.

      @@anita2053-r1f So kids in public schools get processed foods that are loaded with sugar and salt. They go to class on a sugar rush then they crash. What’s waiting at home to eat? More processed foods because they’re cheaper thanks to government subsidies.

    High sodium will not make you blood pressure go up if you don't consume sugar with it. I have a low blood pressure problem all my life and always made sure i eat food in sodium, but my blood pressure is still low. The doctors keep telling me to eat more food in high in sodium i told them i eat like 4-5p pieces of fried chicken almost every day. Ten i realized that i actually don' consume much sugar, i eat a lot of vegetables but very little sugar. I most frink water, tea and coffee and no juice, pop once a mont for a few days. Then i was thinking maybe the reason why i have low blood pressure and low blood sugar are related, so i googled it. You don't absorbed sodium that well with out the presence of sugar and vice versa.
    TLTR: you need sugar to absorbed sodium and vice versa. So when consuming food high in sodium dont eat or drink anything sweet

      Why barking so much? Who stopped you from eating 'Cultural' food? Nobody is forcing you to eat noodles. It people choice what they want to consume. If you think its harming your cultural food then dont promite it and dont eat it. Its so simple. They are doing their business they dont give a f about you. As long as they see you as a potential customer they will do everything they can to make you buy their products. And wdym by foreign business? The local noddles shop near my hous sells maida noodles. Do you know how harmful maida is? Oh sorry you dont know that. Only thing you can do is blame westerns Becase thats the best escape goat for all you problems when you dont have a solution.

      Both. The noodles may possibly,, under the right circumstances help to cause cancer. The spices will give you a stroke. I mean, if you don't feel like you've been salt poisoned after drinking all the broth in one of these, there's something wrong.

    how was the studies conducted? what are the mechanism that causes sodium?

    • @taotzu1339
      @taotzu1339 10 месяцев назад +1

      High sodium count means that there's a high level of sodium chloride (also known as table salt) in the flavor packet. Just use less of the packet. The cancer agent Molly mentioned is actually a preservative sprayed onto the surface of noodles when it is made. To remove most of it, you'll need to boil your noodles until softened, drain the water and rinse the noodles thoroughly, and then replace with fresh hot water. This should be done before you add the flavor packet.

    I eat Top Ramen. I have POTS and severe chronic fatigue so am always "too lazy" to cook. I started esting ramen to regulate my blood pressure (its too low, salt brings it up). I also drink a lot of water to stay hydrated and take meds, but I for one need to be on a high salt diet and appreciate these easy to make tasty noodles. Its a comfort food to me. Everything has its place. ❤

    It's pretty easy to add flavor without or in addition to the flavor spices. Sometimes I use a little of what comes with it but always add garlic and onion powder. Coconut Amino acids are great for umami/soy sauce flavor with about 1/4 the sodium. Of course red pepper flakes, powdered curry/tumeric, etc. all go well. But looks like I need a new source of noodles themselves.

    I'm curious. Yes, the sodium content listed in instant noodles is high. Almost the recommended daily consumption limit. But most of us have the common sense not to drink the soup, right? If true, the sodium content should be a fraction of what's listed on the package, right?

    • @JanuWaray
      @JanuWaray 11 месяцев назад +1

      That is why we need to read the nutrition info at the back of the noodle package before buying. I always choose the one with the lowest sodium content, cook it with vegetables, and then eat it with my husband.

  • @liverpix
