I bought one of these today and after only a few hours of playing it i love it.Wish there was more high gain thick tones.I find most of the high gain amps thin and way to much treble/presence.I tried the other brand small unit and it was a nightmare trying to use it with all the menus and tiny screen.Thank you for creating this unit.
Bobby Lopes we are happy you're happy. We have new stuff in the works and check out the choptones rigs. You can definitely get very thick high gain tones with it. Many pros in the touring world use these for that.
@@HeadRushFX Thank you for the quick reply.I will keep a look out for the updates. Are the choptones rig included in the 2.0 firmware update ? Or do i have to get them elsewhere Thank you.
Bobby Lopes you're welcome! The choptones are not included. But if you log into the HeadRush Cloud you will find all kinds of great heavy rigs. It's free to sign up. headrush.cloud/login
Since there are 4 footswtiches you can only make 4 scenes per Rig, but then you can combine this with Setlist mode and it can literally be endless with 2 buttons dedicated to moving rigs up and down through the setlist.
Hi, thanks for the video. I've seen that you made a good tone with few simple pedals, on the other hand I see videos of people selling IRs that use many many eq pedals, that confuses me a lot...
Guitar Grind great question. So this all comes down to getting a sound you want and for the genre you want it for. Sound is subjective and what is great to one person may not be to another. That is why we are proud our units give users plenty of tone sculpting options.
@@HeadRushFX Thanks for the answer, I own the pedalboard from more than 1 year ago and I'm a happy user, just trying to learn and understand as much as posible from the different users and resources. =)
Great pedal. I’ve had it for a while and I love it. Wish I could say the same about their customer service. I’ve emailed them multiple times and received no response. I see there are some other ignored questions on this thread as well. Nice. I can’t figure out how to find my saved rigs which is just crazy to me. I name it, save it, and then it’s just gone. Tried searching for them by typing in the name. Nothing. What the hell is that about? Anyone else have this problem? Am I missing something here? Thanks.
If you are going to be using just FX from the HeadRush unit, absolutely. If you are going to be using the amp and cab modeling it may sound strange since those amps are not tuned to be flat.
In a Live situation how do i send one signal to a real cab(with IR disabled and running it through a power amp) and another signal to the sound guy(with IR enabled) ??

Buying one for Christmas. Thanks, Headrush!
Great video! If i set 4 scenes, how do i bank up/down to another set of 4 scenes ? Do i have to use an external switch like the boss fs7?

Do you recommend a stand to hold your gigboard so it's with Arms length

If you saved it and named it you just need to tap on the magnify glass icon on the main screen and search there.
How do I get to all of the blank blocks?
Happy to help, all you need to do is just tap on the 3 dots in the top right hand corner and select "New Rig"
Im using a deluxe reverd reissue, can i put it in front of the amp since my amp has no fx loop

Is there a reason why the delay is placed AFTER the the cab and not in the virtual FX-loop?
Yeah i thought so
Awesome. I need now!
Wouldn't you put the delay before the cab as well?
How do you access newly created rigs??
When you save them you can either search for them with the tool bar at the top, or put them into a setlist.
Does nobody do demos for clean guitar sounds any more? All the demos seem to be for rock guitarists with distortion etc.
agree, there's no difference between any demos and you're really hard pressed to hear the subtleties of any parallel mixing
Yeah but why didn't you explain how to find the rigs you've created? I type the name in and it doesn't pull up anything
Does this come with an editor for Windows ?
Never mentioned the input/output settings.
Great tutorial but that background music? Dude!?!?
looking for a more true note sound, this was fuzzy and unnatural.
Absolutely hate the distortion tone.
