Their lack of playoff experience was full display tonight. When the intensity went up, they couldn’t find that killer instinct to stomp out their opponent. The oilers were facing elimination and they gambled with their goalie who had been shaky all series. The Canucks should have come out of the gate hitting and shooting but they did neither… Tocchet needs to find his magic in motivating this group to find that extra gear for game seven now…

How disappointing was that game 6, handed the opportunity with 2 early powerplays, not a shot on net. Skinner looked uncomfortable early, what a missed chance to finish the job.
I don't understand why the team gets low shot totals this goes back to the Nashville series
Skinner is just a backup. If, he lets in 1 or 2 early 🤔? 🛢 🪔 are done. Get them in the first 5 minutes. Go Nucks
Need Petey to just put the team on his shoulders, he is the difference maker.

It boggles the mind why they didn't pepper Skinner. It seems what the coach says goes in one ear and out the other. I don't understand why the players are ignoring the coach here. The only reason is exhaustion.

4 minutes of PP time to start the game and not a single shot on goal (hardly a single chance)... Cue Gretzky: "You miss 100% ....". The team didn't deserve to win. All we can say is, hopefully the effort is better at home. Go 'nucks!
