I average between 40 and 50 seconds on 3x3 and my best single is 31.150 seconds. Also for double headlights u can hold them at front and back then do tripple R U R' U' but its a bit slow and this one is faster its a good one for beginners
I remember learning beginners method years ago. I came back again accidentally after finding a lost cube, learned intuitive f2l and making small steps to full cfop! I will then learn some fingertricks and some more advanced stuff hopefully, my biggest fear is reaching a skill cap and not really learning any more more than look ahead.
Only had my cube a few days, but I had a little pocket fidget cube for a few weeks before finally deciding to get a full size cube. Right now I'm averaging 158 seconds per solve on the official solves I log in Cubeast. This is using intuitive F2L and then more beginner OLL/PLL strategy I think I found on J Perms channel. For the 38 solves I've logged in Cubeast so far, I'm at 19 seconds for the cross, 93 seconds for F2L and then 46 seconds for the combined OLL/PLL phase. I'm definitely slower right now due to trying to not rotate the cube as much and learn how to solve F2L in to the back side. I'm also really bad at tracking pairs and look ahead.
I'm so used to J Perm's talking speed, I had to put this video to 1.25x speed when he talks and 1.5x speed when he does moves. I'm not complaining tho. Great for beginners to keep up
