It started with a squeaky Z-axis

Terrible noise from the Z axis, what is up?
Making an instrument panel for my saw mill and checking that it works.

I think you are running too low feedrate, but i have also seen this happening to some strange alu sheet from a old sign, i think it might be a soft alu aswell
