    Accha hai. Mera hisse ka khaliye. 👍👍 Don't call Dalda ghee or normal ghee. You will turn off many viewers. Just call it what it is. For better taste and less problem while rolling (dough becoming wet from moisture bof melted butter) use Unsalted butter and cold dough ie after resting keep in fridge for one hour or keep pedas in fridge for one hour in tight cling flim. If possible use a frozen stone kept in freezer also. .
    This prevents melting of butter. Butter will give better flavor and softer layers . French use 94% fat butter for their crossiants or their layered pastries. In India percentage is probably 85%or less. High fat butter gives soft but flaky layers.

      Many thanks sarfaraz Nawaz... jo recipies 8 se 10 min me cover hote hai.. use bilkul banayeinge bhai....lekin ye lengthy recipe hai.. i can cut shot it..but beginers will face issues and many doubts will be raised... we aim at giving crystal clear instructions and cover all the aspects in video such that no corner is left for any confusion...
