    Your recipe is extremely good
    But how did you did manage with hot coal i mean how to heat the coal I'm not getting it
    And can i make the curd at home

    • @shinesnawabikitchen
      @shinesnawabikitchen 3 года назад +1

      Walekumassalam
      Simply light up the charcoal piece directly on the burner keeping the heat as high. Wait until the coal pieces are nicely burned and hot
      And Use as shown in the video.
      Yes you can make curd at home

      Unfortunately there is no perfect substitute to poppy seeds.
      The best I can suggest is sesame. Use only 1Teaspoon of Sesame Seeds.
      Pls share my channel with others. Thankyou

    I tried this but didn’t go well. I tried to drain the kheema well but while cooking there was too much water, I couldn’t even make the kebab! Can I use meat instead of kheema?

    • @shinesnawabikitchen
      @shinesnawabikitchen 2 года назад

      it's not recommended to wash kheema to avoid these things.. If at all you wish to use washed kheema then make sure you drain the keema really well and add in roasted chickpea flour till the extra water is absorbed from keema batter. Kneading keema batter really well ensures the perfect binding and texture to your kebabs
      It is best to ask your butcher to wash the meat first and then make keema out of it..so you don't have to wash the keema to avoid lots of water releasing while cooking.

    • @shinesnawabikitchen

      I got it from local asian store. It's easy available in Asian & Indian grocery shops.
      Search by names cubeb pepper, tailed pepper or kababchini.
      Even it's available online on amazon and other sites.
      I hope that's useful,
      Thankyou

    Tried ur recipe today . Didnt work out well... by adding curd/yougurt the batter became extremly difficult to handle!

    • @shinesnawabikitchen
      @shinesnawabikitchen 4 года назад +4

      How much curd did you add ? Was the curd too watery?
      Curd is must in this recipe dear.
      It's important to use solid fresh curd ( please see in the video how the curd paste looks) and also the keema should be well drained( no water should be there)
      I hope this helps you dear.
